The ship was beautiful and the shows were terrific. Food was very good . Service in dining rooms on day one was a little chaotic but it improved after that. The ship had to change its arrival on the ports that we visited due to mechanical problems but we were given onboard credits . The pool area was always very crowded due to the amount of people onboard. Overall I enjoyed the cruise .

Food in Dining Room below par. Entertainment was disappointing (two shows charged a fee) . Crew was great. Ship was beautiful. Excursions were ok. Maybe I'm spoiled by other cruises I've been on.

This was the best cruise. Great ship, Great food, Great staff. It could not have been any better.

Cruise experience was good but could have better if they wouldnt have change our itenary on the last minute.

This cruise was horrible and chaotic. They changed the itinerary of the trip after we checked in. There were no clear directions or guidance for how to check in. I paid for áurea package but didn’t get priority boarding. The disembarkation was chaos. Nobody helped us with the wheel chair.

My 7 days cruise on the MSC Meraviglia was wonderful The food was delicious. Love the broadway shows. The staffs amazing. We appreciate that.

This was my first MSC cruise but won't be the last. I absolutely live the ship and crew. Everything went great.

Embarking was totally unorganized as well as disembarking. I would not recommend this cruise ship it was not a good experience.

This is a very large ship which cannot handle the passenger load. It comes with very few amenities including no Kleenex and no toiletries. In 30 years of cruising I've only had to send back one meal. This ship now has the honor of having to send back to the specialty meals. I cannot understand how with almost a 3-hour delay in boarding, the ship can skip water or any other amenities for the never-ending line. Never again

We teach dance on the land and ships for over 20 years. MSC has always impressed us with their Dancers and Singers, we have been on over 50 cruises and many different lines, MSC is the Best .?

Our introduction to boarding the cruise was horrendous. We’ve been on many cruises, we have never had the ridiculous lines to board as we did for this cruise. The lines didn’t end there. EVERYTHING we did on this cruise was lead by a long, seemingly endless line. We honestly felt like cattle being herded. The food in the dining room was very good. However, the food on the buffet was not. Our stateroom was wonderful and service was good as was the entertainment. We typically cruise on Celebrity, Royal Caribbean or Princess. We wanted to give MSC a try for more variety, however, if we were to base this cruise for future cruising with MSC, it would not be our first choice. I have to add that we met and spent time with several couples. After finding out that they all paid HUNDREDS of dollars less than we did, only added to our disappointment

I truly enjoyed MSC. The ship is really nice and the broadway show was exceptional. The food was quite good.

The staff was kind and accommodating. They met our every need. The ship was clean and beautiful. The excursions were perfectly spaced and so much fun. I wanted to stay forever!

The entire trip was amazing! The ship is amazing, and staff is great. Rooms were small as expected and joining rooms would have been nice instead of a room between us, but otherwise no complaints! Food was better than expected for mass meals, and drinks offered a large variety. Great time and will go again!

Manicure Pedicure $ 148 plus tip, lasted 48 hrs. Spa doesn’t have the minimum, worldwide products to provide these services.

The ship was beautiful and the crew was great, shows were the best ever, but the food was monotonus. Basicly the same thing every night,I know the bowl of soup looked the same for three nights in a row, we finished the weeks meals at the buffet. other than that our waiters and maiter d were great.
