Wished it was better but unfortunately it was Mother Nature changed the course. Really wanted to go salmon fishing in Ketchecan..

My trip to Alaska was fantastic. It was my 70th Birthday celebration and it was amazing. Susan with Avoya did an excellent job with making sure everything was in place to ensure I enjoyed my cruise.

Overall this was a nice trip although with also have had taken a cruise on Royal Caribbean, I liked some of the amenities that Royal had over NCL like my fresh squeezed orange and my sparkling water were included in my beverage package. My late night snacks that I got after shows, or late night entertainment. I missed that. The Taste of India food was delicious. I have to admit that I didn’t think I would like thus type of food (I always thought it was spicy) but I found myself stopping by this section every time I went to the Garden Cafe. Visiting the ports were adventurous. Whale watching was great. I did want to go to Victoria but not enough time was allowed to really do anything.

T h e Norwegian Encore is a beautiful ship. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. The food was good but could used a little more variety. The activities were fun and exciting. I will definitely cruise with Norwegian again.

The itinerary was awesome. Glacier Bay National Park was incredibly beautiful. The ship actually does 360° turns at key areas. We were so lucky to have great weather, no rain! There are no photos that can compare to seeing Alaska in person. This was a once in a lifetime experience. I had a single inside cabin. It was just big enough and had a screen with the view of outside the ship. Also, had a private suite attached with coffe, tea, wine and snacks.

We enjoyed everything. The destinations were beautiful. We enjoyed the sea days on the beautiful Encore. The ship was amazing with lots to do.

There were a lot of agrivation every day. In restaurants and especially on the open places such as pool area. To many persons crowded no place to sit dow. Horrible loud music. bad shows etc.

We had a great time and made great memories. The Observation deck was very relaxing if you wanted quiet time. The restaurants were top notch. There was plenty to do at the ports whether you want to wanted to shop or do the excursions...

Everything about the cruise was great, the transfer process was awful. NCL flew us into Fort Lauderdale but the cruise was out of Miami. We had to wait at the airport for more than an hour going to Miami and stood in line for more than 2 hours returning to Lauderdale. We also had to pay for the shuttle when they chose to fly us into Lauderdale instead of Miami.

Air conditioning was set too low and air conditioned areas were not comfortable.

Ship was fine. Daily room was good. Food was very disappointing, not much variety, mostly the same everyday side items. Very few vegetables that were not high carbs. Lacking in flavor.

We took this cruise in 2019 on the Bliss, it was wonderful beginning to end. Sadly this was not the case. All inclusive food was mostly inedible...a far cry from any other cruise I have taken. Everywhere there were sloppy loud drunks that interrupted performers. The late sailing to Alaska meant at least half of the town shops were closed. Staff was mainly friendly, however cabin being attended to was hit and miss. Observation lounge is normally a peaceful place. This time it was overrun with loud adults and unruly children.

Most amazing trip ever. Everything about the cruise line was five star and the once in a lifetime destination scenery was spectacular.

The only negative thing I have to report about my dream trip was this: There were too many people!!!
