The ship was the disappointment. Our room needed updated carpet, furniture, mattress had no mattress cover and very uncomfortable. We paid for an upgrade and they put us in a handicap room. We take a shower it would flood the bathroom floor. Our room steward was rude to us. Speciality dining room served me a burnt filet. The two specialty shows had to make reservations we tried but they stated full . We stood in line see if we could get in and we did, but when we went in on a quarter was filled. Everything cost extra. Don't go on the Epic to big and two many people. On our floor people slammed doors all nite and kids running up and down the hallway . We will NEVER go on this ship again. The countries we visited were amazing

Room small, shower could not regulate. Canapés stale bread, Had to wait on line for complimentary restaurants. Needed reservation for shows. Too much to list, the crew were great along with the food & drinks. Way to crowded for my liking.

Was not one our best cruises. Will not go on the Epic again. To crowded to get into shows without waiting for an hour. Not enough wait staff on the pool deck (the lines were ten deep at times to get a beverage). There was no separation at the main pools (over run by young children with swim gear). Not enough room for the adults. On a good note the food was very in the restaurants. Embarkment and disembarkment went fine.

Had a terrific first time on a cruise ship. Food, entertainment, accommodations, excursions we all good along with good weather.

Although we generally enjoyed the cruse, the Haven two-bedroom suite was disappointing. It was more of one bedroom with a small college dorm type room with a futon. Not suitable for older adults not used to sleeping 8 inches off the floor.

The company was the worst company I have ever been involved with. Never ever recommend Norwegian cruise lines to anyone!

Loved the ports and time in each port but the ship needs a complete rehab. The “upgraded balcony room” was far from an upgrade! Our room did not look like the pictures. Carpet was old. Ripped and unglued- tripping hazard, drawers broken, toilet plumbing issue and balcony door hard to slide. Maintenance was in our room and on our floor constantly. Also process to tender, disembark ship and meet tour group were all disorganized. We took Norwegian off our list for future cruises.

we enjoyed ourselves. The staff were professional. The room was very clean. The food did not meet our standards. The breakfast were acceptable. We would’ve liked crêpes in the morning. Too much chicken and pork. I would’ve liked more vegan choices We are accustomed to more of a variety. I wish the windows on the ship were kept cleaner on the outside.

Way too crowded and not enough entertainment

Food was good. People were lined up an hour before the venue started. I wasn't going to stand in line

I went in to this cruise with low expectations due to the fact I was on the same ship month and a half later. To my surprise it exceeded my expectations and had an incredible time. The solo lounge is great. The way you support the solos is awesome. Loved the cruise.

Our cruise shift was not well kept. The food was not up to par. Some of the specialty restaurants had bad service and food wasn't great. Customer service on ship was not at it usually was and going away from their traditional towel making and turndown was not even existent.

The balcony room was a terrible design and small!

All was very good. The itinerary was excellent.

Our first time cruising the Mediterranean and it was excellent! We loved the NCL Epic and the itinerary. Our favorites were Barcelona and Venice (we spent an extra day and night in Venice after the cruise). Service on the ship was top notch, food and drinks very good, shows were outstanding. Would definitely do again!

The Epic has some fine features, but it's too big, too crowded for me. I won't even again attempt to visit Florence from Liverno or Rome from the port because it takes 90 minutes each way and at considerable cost. I was upset that our drink package did not include water!! Disembarkation was a catastrophe--too few elevators to handle so many passengers. Dining was often bland but sometimes fine.

We loved the Haven, but ship, service outside the Haven and the nickel and dime atmosphere NCL has created will almost guarantee we won't use them again.

Over crowded, ncl has lowered their standards. Food c- .,most staff friendly Will not going on ncl again

Ports of call were great, meals, entertainment, Casino, bars were great! The Epic itself has poor cabin layout (toilets and shower virtually in cabin) with less space than other NCL ships. Cruise NCL just not on Epic.

Not at all what I expected lines for dinner were very long all dinner reservations were taken bathroom did not work on 2different days ship was rather rusty in areas pool was pretty small not what I expected at all. I was not very happy ? ?
