The food was a very big disappointment and nothing special for the price

As usual, Oceania was wonderful. The food was superb, the staff was top-notch and the casino dealers were just great. I had to sped several hours in the medical clinic and I was amazed. The level of care I received was much better than most US hospital emergency rooms. I had blood tests, an xray, iv and nebulizer treatments, and prescriptions dispensed. I was given the absolutely best treatment and I felt better in a day. US clinics and medical centers should really look at this model. The trip was a real pleasure and we put a deposit on a cruise for next year.

Oceania did not live up to expectations. They canceled the port in Mexico and also the all-day sea excursion in the Panama Canal! This was THE reason we booked this particular cruise. The replacement “excursion” was IMAX movie about the Canal. Seriously? Also, there was inadequate staff in restaurants, pool area and bars. The staff appeared overworked and stressed. Food was good. Nothing special I sadly must report. Altogether, we were disappointed and uncertain if we will book again.

Ship was nice, destinations mostly good but a couple of the ports had little to offer. Excursions were good but shuttle service on the ports was woefully inadequate. Too few shuttles, too far apart. Food was ok. Not nearly as good as I was expecting.

Great and fun

Die Organisation lässt zu wünschen übrig. Am besten man entfernt sich nicht vom Schiff. Am vorletzten Tag wurde der Pool gesperrt. Erst nach längerem Hin- und Her wurde dieser wieder geöffnet. Außerdem wird auf dem Schiff sehr edel "getan", dabei klappt es manchmal gar nicht. Nach Eis für die Getränke musste man mindestens drei Mal fragen. Insgesamt gesehen, würde ich dieses Schiff nicht wieder wählen. Die Gäste auf dem Schiff waren durchschnittlich mindestens 60 Jahre oder sogar älter. Es gab keine Durchmischung.

We decided to book this cruise less than 90 days before departure date. We had limited cabin choices and even more limited excursion availability. That is not Oceania's fault. Also, we experienced some drizzly weather. Again, that was not Oceania's fault. We usually get a balcony stateroom so we felt a bit cramped in the window stateroom. That stateroom was maintained perfectly by the housekeeping staff. The staff were amazing in their efforts to make our journey enjoyable and comfortable. That being said, it would be nice to have more staff in the Terrace dining area during busy times. The servers did their best to make sure all diners were satisfied. The entertainment was enjoyable. We especially like Jeff Neese the comedian and Linda Gentille the pianist/entertainer. The Polymuse quartet were a very big highlight for us. We tried to attend their performances. The food was excellent. We prefer smaller ships so Oceania is a perfect fit for us.

It is a lovely ship with many nice amenities. Beverage package could be better and it needs to be explained more when you first utilize it to reduce confusion on what is available to order. Excursions that weren't rained out were nice; however, the descriptions of them need to be more detailed for better planning. Service and the staff were excellent.

My husband's first cruise and I have not done a cruise for over 30 years. The Sirena was a beautiful ship, just the right size. Staff was caring, kind, attentive; our concierge Sagit did a superb job on our room twice daily. The ports of call were great in that they were diverse, had sufficient time to explore, offered local people at the Destinations desk to offer advice, and we felt confident and safe visiting them. Food was outstanding! Between the specialty restaurants (we attended 3 times) and the Grand Dining Room, food choices/recipes were well chosen, prepared, presented and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the joyous and friendly atmosphere of the Terrace Cafe and met guests over an informal yet tasteful atmosphere of bonhomie and shared travel experiences. We didn't experience evening entertainment as we are early to sleep so as to get the most out of our days. I particularly enjoyed the artwork distributed throughout the ship - sculpture, paintings, metal work, even the decor of the ship was well thought out. Our Veranda Stateroom was perfect with lots of storage space, amenities in bathroom, special touches such as water bottles, travel bag, comfy bed/pillows. Our next cruise will certainly be on Oceania. I am an airline retiree and found your customer service from booking to farewells at cruise end to be wholly satisfying and wanting to recommend your cruise iine with the best referral. Mostly, the trip was wonderful- comfortable and quiet cabin, great food, excellent excursions to interesting sites, and a very good string quartet playing for us regularly. And the small ship was able to dock in hard-to-access places, like Patmos and Mykonos. But not all was paradise. We found that the dining hours were very limited. We returned from excursions late enough to miss lunch not once but twice. The only food venue still open was the Waves Grill, a hot, noisy pool-side grill. Tables were often filled. We tried taking food into the adjacent Terrace Cafe but were run off by the staff because they were busy setting up for dinner service, which was a three hours in the future. I spoke to the food/beverage manager and he blamed the destination services people for not letting him know about the late return, but when I spoke to them, they claimed he had been informed. For the rest of the trip, we worried that we would be back too late for lunch, and it affected our enjoyment of the excursions. We're pretty angry about a cruise line that would prioritize preparing a future mean rather than feed hungry passengers who through no fault of their own miss the limited lunch hours. We would also prefer an earlier breakfast. Most days, we barely had time to have a full breakfast before rushing to the morning excursion scrum. These were often chaotic and poorly run. I wasn't able to leave feedback with Oceania since their feedback app is only available while on board, and we didn't want to spend our precious time on board filling out forms. I guess that they don't really want to know how we feel. We are probably done with Oceania. In spite of all that went well with this trip, the lack of lunch two of our 10 days is just not acceptable.

Check in with Oceania is unpleasant experience. When we arrived the terminal there were neither no sign nor staff to help you drop your luggage off. We had to running around and looking for Oceania staff.

This was our eleventh Oceania cruise, and it was superb, like the others. We enjoy the small 650 passenger size ships, the great food, and well planned excursions.

The hotel, La Compania was exceptional, The cruise line food, tours, and communication by staff was very disappointing! Sadly, not the bucket list trip we expected.

What a fabulous cruise! Outstanding food, crew, surroundings, and excursions! Nothing negative except that it went too fast!

Fantastic trip where they call you by name and treat you like family. Definitely worthwhile!!
