Princess Cruises - Enchanted Princess Reviews

It’s been over 20 years since I’ve taken a weeklong cruise. My experience on the current cruise for exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food and the exceptional friendliness and qualityof the staff stood out. My partner and I will be looking forward to taking an additional Princess cruise. A great value for the money.

It was a very enjoyable trip. The staff and crew of the ship are exceptional. I would highly recommend princess cruises and the ship was really beautiful and meticulously cleaned

The boat and room were beautiful. But the food was not. Same stuff everyday except the finer restaurants. The entertainment was awful for all 5 of us. Excursions great.

Was a wonderful experience. Had a lot of fun. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful cruise, had a nice time.

It was wonderful starting with the flight from indy to Ft Lauderdale throughout the whole cruise and back home again. All our needs and wants were met.

Great cruise, good food and lovely ship. Wonderful meals at the Catch and Crown specialty restaurants. Really enjoyed a day in the Sanctuary cabana. Carrie Trotter did a great job advising and assisting us on the cruise, cost reduction and cabin choices. Only disappointments were visit to Dominica and Martinique. Dominica had little too offer at the dock and Martinique was quite rundown. St Kitts and Antigua were excellent spots and made the visits worthwhile.

It was wonder

As first time cruisers, we were definitely impressed by the efficiency of the embarkation process as well as the friendliness of the staff. Susan’s attention to detail and genuine excitement for our trip was a welcomed personal touch!

Our past opinion has always been very favorable with Princess. It was our 3rd time sailing with Princess over the past eight years. We’re able to compare them to other cruises with other lines we’ve sailed with which include, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Carnival, and Costa. This last cruise was on the Enchanted Princess. The ship is only 6 years old, it is beautiful however lacks the amenities and service that you would expect from an upscale cruise line and a newer ship. We found the balcony room that we booked to be very small. Barely enough room to sit on the balcony. The room was tiny and the bathroom and shower were even smaller. The food was below par, which was the unanimous opinion of our party of six. Service was extremely slow, waiting up to 40 minutes for bar service. One of the services Princess does best is their medallion service. Check in was quick as well as disembarkation. Their app worked great. You are able at any time to locate a person in your party as well as text and leave them a message. To summarize, we felt the negatives vs. positives was 50/50. We would hope in the future, Princess will improve on some of our concerns as well as continue to build on their strengths.

An enjoyable experience. Travelled with 3 other members of family. Meals were delicious and food would meet anyone’s need vegetarians or gluten free meals. Entertainment was very good. Pool side was enjoyable. Live music at pool was fantastic

Way too small

I didn’t like the pressure of buying additional things after the treatment. I thought the lounges were under staffed. The ship was over crowded. We liked the Island Princess better.

The cruise was nice and relaxing. The Princess staff was amazing! The food is really good! One disappointment was poor planning of the Halifax Hop On Hop Off/Peggy's Cove excursion. There was no "Hop Off" and limited time for Peggy's Cove which we opted out of. We ended getting our money back for this excursion.

Food was great, but everything was to much on top of each other, the best part of the cruise was a dinning experience called 360,if u didn't call right away to get a dinner time u were out of luck eating really late

I have eaten all over Europe and all over the United States and have never eaten food as good as on this trip. Compliments to the man in charge of the dinners at night. The rooms were very comfortable but the entertainment is better on Norwegian and Royal Caribbean. But I would trade it all for the food!

cruise was absolutely amazing! ship was clean and service was great except room service. food would come ice cold and never on time. ports were awesome, shows were also good. would book princess again

We had a good time on Enchanted Princess. So much to see & do. Our agent was great. Stayed on top of things. Great communication with Jeffrey. Looking forward to doing another cruise.
