We enjoyed our trip. We were sorry prevented us in going to two of the three ports due to high seas. There were plenty of activities to do on the ship and weather was pleasant and mostly sunny.

The cruise was everything I expected and more. I found that 1 1/2 hours may be a good legal connection for domestic travel, it is not so for international flights. 3 hours would be better. Like many other businesses, customs and TSA are also short staffed.

This cruise had little to do if you’re not a comedy fan. The on board shopping was very disappointing I never found a store for small souvenirs and could not keep up with the location of the coffee shop. The waiters didn’t offer to get drinks in the entertainment areas the food on the buffet had very little variety and the photographers were non existent except for special nights

My experience with Avoya Travel was less than ideal. I felt I had to keep going back to follow up on outstanding issues. When I asked about travel insurance, I was told I was too late that it needed to be purchased wit the cruise. This was neither offered nor explained to me. The cruise itself was great with some minor hiccups but nothing that detracted from the overall enjoyment. Customer service from guest services, room steward and dining rooms were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Room was plenty big (small balcony) and well located. Entertainment was top notch - really impressed with the talent. There was an adult only pool/deck area we made use of because it was quieter. The excursions offered were great although we weren't expecting so many people along the way expecting tips - we knew there'd be some but then again you have to remember, these folks need to make a living too. Unless you go on excursions or plan on doing something beyond the port landing, expect the same souvenirs and t-shirt sales at each one. At least Cozumel had some local entertainment and restaurants as well as cheap taxis to local beaches.

Had a wonderful trip with family on Western Caribbean cruise. Princess Plus is the way to go, to avoid worrying about tips and drinks under $15. The Medallion is best cruise line door key/ID out there. The Medallion App is painful and the Princess website is atrocious. This was still our third trip with Princess and not counting the app (and the incessant Christmas music), everything about this cruise was delightful. Avoya and especially Dawn Chavis has never steered us wrong on any vacation, and we have gone on many, all scheduled by Dawn.

Disappointed.Fell short of our expectations.Elite membership perks totally disregarded. Catered to bookings of small groups in specialty restaurants & ,reserved seating in Princess theatre.In addition,there were entertainment rooms reserved for them as well. Thereby, no private room assigned forCaptains Lounge (Hrs.5:00 to 7:00) except for a roped off area in the buffet room.Every ship , prior to that Sky Princess, had this amenity.Consideration should have been 1st with the loyal travelers then groups .Will have to consider the selection of another cruise line in the future.

We were generally pleased with our 14 day Princess cruise to Norway and Iceland. We were very lucky because the weather was delightful, and the ports were charming and interesting. The Sky Princess is certainly a beautiful ship, however we prefer to cruise with far fewer than 3,600 passengers. This is a 3 year old ship, yet upon arrival to our mini suite cabin, the bed was sagging badly, and the bathtub was clogged with hair and wouldn't drain. The tub drain was promptly cleared, but the mattress couldn't be replaced. Normally Princess has excellent entertainment but on our 14 day cruise there were only two production shows. The other nights headlined comedians, soloists, and hypnotists. Three of our 8 ports were tender ports (because the ship was too big to dock), which involved lines, and waiting. The food was mediocre, and Princess has now updated their menus to include some items for an additional charge (Even in the specialty restaurants.) Now that the cost of the Princess Plus package has increased to $60/day, per person, we don't see ourselves booking another cruise on Princess.

Weather forced cancellation of three ports. Lousy Plan B for this eventuality

Don't be misled by the title because on board the Sky Princess it was as we had expected and more. The only negative was the weather which prevented us from reaching port in three destinations in Iceland!!! Will cruise Princess again!!

We just completed a 7 day Western Caribbean Cruise on the Princess Sky ship, everything on the cruise went very well. The ship is in very pristine shape as it is fairly new, with all the technology on this ship I was surprised the elevators you had to press the buttons. All staff were very nice and the food was good, we had dinner in all 3 main dining rooms which was good to visit each dining room but I think we preferred 1 large dining room instead. Overall we would cruise with Princess Cruise Line again as their value for the cruise was great..

Ship was very clean, staff was professional, allowing smoking in casino was bad as the smoke drifted though out the 6th deck

It was my first cruise. I"d like to thanks my agent Nicole for her help to find me nice cruise and ship. It was Sky Princess. So nice and new ship Room was upgrade to room with balcony. I have only one point to say it should be more nice evening shows. Thanks again Raisa

Food good but not great. Service slow. Ship beautiful & clean but we needed plumber for shower & tv remote not working. Wifi slow.

From the time we arrived we loved the holiday decorations, our cruise director Matt was sensational along with Dan. The wait staff provided exceptional service every night. Our steward was awesome providing little surprises every night of different animals made of towels. The food was delicious in the main dining as well as buffet. Entertainment kept us dancing late every night. The shows were incredible, loved Rock Opera. Beautifully decorated for the holidays including snow and a visit from Santa. The port stops were perfect. A great way to spend our Christmas time on Princezz!

This cruise was excellent, Princess Star cruise offered me great customer service
