It was great! The crew was awesome and the captain manuvered the harsh weather very competently.

Beautiful excellent customer service by all te staff except 1

Not as great as my previous Regent cruise. Lot of visa paper work. The onboarding at the change of port was very disturbing and annoying. The excursions were okay. Not memorable except for a couple of them. Never saw the initial cabin steward after the first day, only the guys doing cleaning. Food was decent. Didn't like the food in Chartruese. The steakhouse was great. The Asian restaurant was forgettable...not bad, just not exceptional. The social hostess was great, and couple of the waiters were quite attentive. I realized solo travelers are not the norm, but continually being asked "just you?" gets annoying.

It really was terrific tho don’t feel it worth the price. Other larger ships had premiere dock locations which minimized our available time on shore (Ketchikan especially), dinner options VERY limited for our group of 6, and “meat and potatoes” travelers were challenged by the rich menu as evening options were limited. There WAS additional cost for premiere cocktails and wine - not specified in material that we had noted. Accommodations, laundry, service were all fantastic!

The Seven Seas Explorer is a very fine ship with superior suites, dining and amenities. The housekeeping and service staff are friendly and welcoming. The major shortcoming is that first-time cruisers are on their own to learn the ropes aboard. Should I travel Regent gaain, I will be able to access perks a lot sooner thn on this cruise as I didn't know the procedures and what I was entitled to until half the cruise had passed. Regent's Air dept did a good job at scheduling flights and a poor job of notifying the transfer people and the ship of the actual scheduled travel. We had difficulty on both ends with us sitting on a terminal floor for 75 minutes making phone calls to our travel agent and Regent's emergency line before a vehicle wass dispatched to pick us up. Similarly, the Shore Excursion staff had me "prove" that Regent booked our air home since they had no record of it onboard. This is unacceptable for a line that touts its luxury and exclusivity.

We could have had better tour guides. A few were very good. Cruise lovely. Post trip. Guides on our buses were just fair. Opted out on the third day.

Twenty-day cruise was Perfect! Excellent logistics, entertainment, food and excursions! Another great job by Regent.

The Explorer is a beautiful ship. The service is wonderful. The food is great. We didn't think the tours were as good as they were on previous cruises.

Had an excellent time. Unable to complete the cruise line survey before leaving the ship, because their wifi was unable to provide service.

The ship and staff were great, the excursions were amazing. The ship was run efficiently.This was the first time we had been cruising and it will be hard to find a better one

The food, the friendliness of the staff, the room was wonderful. Thank you! My only concern is that my expectations are set sooo high. ?

The ship experience was the star of this trip. We love the Explorer and how could you go wrong when the crew outnumbered the passengers by about 100. The food presentations were incredible. The itinerary was good. Excursions were fair. As always excursion transports are crowded and seating tight. Will be relieved when mask restrictions are lifted.

Excursions are not pleasant Due to poor preparations .

With initial cancellation of a Key West stop and weather skip of Costa Maya, there were only 5 port calls on a 10 day cruise. Ship was great as was service and with only 400 passengers and 500+ crew facilities service was excellent and facilities not crowded.

The cruise was wonderful and the staff at all levels were excellent. The health and safety protocols were well done and not burdensome at all. Captain Luca kept all onboard well advised on any positive tests and itinerary changes. The staff were especially attentive to the needs of my wife who has mobility challenges. Thank you for another great cruise.

The overall cruise was great. Service was excellent, food superb, beautiful ship and high quality entertainment. The only minus, very poor excursions that really did not belong to the level otherwise present at the ship. Lousy busses, ugly beaches and terrible restaurants.

Tours weak but the ship was an extraordinary experience.
