My vacation was not as good as expected. The mattress in our room was wore out and the furniture on the balcony was rusted out. The food all tasted the same and the ship had an odor of hospital cafeteria food. We paid for specialty restaurants and they used food items feom the buffets. The Costa Maya port and the Cozumel port were both like running from the paparazzi to get away from the people at all of the shops. The people outside of the ports harassing made the whole experience terrible. I had to run to get away from some people at the shops and ended up hitting my head on a sign that hung low at a store. Roatan was beautiful but our excursion was terrible and the food they offered did not taste good. On a brighter note, our room Stewardess was phenomenal and provided outstanding service ! This experience may have ruined any chances of me cruising again. The money we spent could have provided us 4 great vacations so it was a terrible waste of money!

I love traveling, but unfortunately, this was the worst cruise experience I’ve had so far. I traveled with my son, his friend, and her mom to celebrate his birthday. We specifically requested a joint cabin and paid with the same card on the same day to ensure we’d be together. Despite that, we were placed on separate floors, which was very frustrating—especially with young kids having to go back and forth alone. We reached out for help multiple times, but no one was willing to accommodate us. There were several small issues that added up and made the trip stressful instead of enjoyable. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

The entertainment wasn’t very good.

The Harmony OTS is a ship that Has something for everyone. Sorry to see it leave Galveston but the Symphony will replace it. The food was excellent the service outstanding the entertainment & activities were wonderful as usual. Highly recommend RCC for a relaxing fun cruise.

My first time cruising was amazing. Love the Seas and the beached ylwe went.to. other than all the people selling stuff.

I enjoyed our time, love the size of the ship, would go again. As far as my husband, he isn’t sold on another cruise which makes me sad. Started my cruise off with food poisoning from Chops the first night on the cruise. My filet mignon had the weirdest taste and I didn’t say anything. I only ate 4-5 bites. I woke at 3am running to the restroom. It lasted till about 4-4:30pm. Thank goodness we had Imodium AD and nauseous meds with us. When watching the diving show, which had to be scheduled for day time because of weather, I couldn’t pay attention to the divers due to noticing how nasty the curtains were. It’s time to replace them!!! I love to sit and listen to music but my husband complained of how loud it was on deck 5 even with his headphones. Our food was always room temp in the windjammer. NEVER HOT! Very disappointing!!! The main dinning was a hit miss if our food was hot.

This was our 1st cruise and it was fantastic. And we are hooked. We will be looking into another cruise soon.

It was our first cruise and was exceptional. All parts within the control of Royal Caribbean and its staff were beyond our expectations. We will be planning another cruise soon.

The three of us enjoyed our balcony cabin and our my-time dinners with our friends in the other two cabins. Thank you for your gift of special dining, two of us got to go.

Harmony of the Seas is a terrific ship. This last cruise was our second one on Harmony. The food was all first class. The crew was friendly and helpful. The entertainment was really great and professionally produced. We look forward to many more cruises, and Avoya Travel made everything super easy.

We loved our cruise on Harmony of the Seas. I can’t imagine a better cruise line than Royal Caribbean. I don’t think I’ll even try any other cruise line! Service by all the staff, no matter the position held, was amazing. Our Junior Suite exceeded expectations. Food at the Windjammer and Solarium Bistro simply outstanding! A+++++++++

Cabins, entertainment, service, food .I give it a 100+

The food was amazing, the amount of activities available was fantastic. There was something for everyone from the water slides and flow rider to the merry go round. The size of ship was a bit overwhelming but we got our steps in every day.

I couldn't believe how so entertaining this cruise could be. Always something going on to put a smile on my face. Music music everywhere. Trivia games, singing contests, and shows everywhere. Deciding which one to go to, was very difficult to decide sometimes. Had to schedule special events around meals, hot tub, and pool time.

Wonderful

The room was Beautiful and spacious and so much to do on the ship! Made a lot of friends and am looking forward to more traveling
