Enjoyed time with family. Food was good. Entertainment was great.

The first impression was that the boat was filled with noisy exuberant kids. Specialty restaurant food was good. Service excellent but we would much prefer a cruise that doesn’t cater to kids. We were there to see the kids and grandkids and there was lots of things for them to do.

It was a perfect trip for a multigenerational family. Have recommended this trip to several others for their family gatherings.

Best part was private island, CoCo Cay.

The trip overall was good but not great for me. My husband and I wanted to experience a Royal Caribbean cruise since we never have been on one but we have been on many other cruises. The Liberty of the Seas ship is in need of much updating. We could see the wear and tear throughout the ship. Some areas were lovely like the main promenade and the dining room. The staff were excellent and so pleasant, hardworking and efficient for the most part. We loved our room assistant, Gel Garcia. She did a great job and we were always greeted with a smile and she was very attentive to our needs. We also were pleased to have been seated in an area I requested near the windows side in the dining room and ended up having the most amazing servers, Basri & Michael. Antonio, the head waiter was excellent and really helped me with my gluten free needs. The food was good but not excellent and I really had trouble in the buffet area with lunch and breakfast trying to find foods I could safely eat. Nothing was labeled gluten free other than 1 dessert each day. I asked a few staff members in the buffet area about this and why there weren't labels or specific gluten free options but I never got any legitimate response. I had my name and room number taken down 3 times making me believe that something or someone would answer my inquiry and correct this situation for any of us who need to avoid gluten. However, nothing came of this so I usually just ate salad for lunch. The buffet was also chaotic and so noisy and overcrowded no matter what time you went it seemed and the food quality was not up to my standards or what we've had on other cruise lines. We also both were very unhappy with the extreme volume on the shows and the cruise director. We needed earplugs. The ice skating show was incredible and the talent was top notch. I loved that show. I also wanted to comment on the perks RC gave us due to our frequent cruising on Celebrity. We loved having the Diamond level perks, especially with the drinks allotment. We also liked having access to Yandish, crowne suite ambassador. He was very nice and helpful. Other people I want to mention are Hery the waiter we had the 1sr night. He was great but we did not like where we sat as it was extremely crowded and tables much to close to each other. We enjoyed going to the R bar a couple of times and dealt with Sandesh who was terrific. I did like the adult only pool area and I could see how much fun the children were having in the child area of the pool as there seemed to be a lot for them to do and have fun with.

This was my husband and i’s first cruise, first trip away from our kids and our first trip without friends our family. Anthony was so helpful and made this trip special for us. Already planning our next vacation

Really enjoyed my time on this cruise, the food, entertainment and service provided were great. We love cruise with Royal Caribbean.

We had a lovely cruise. The New England and Canada cruise is one of our favourite ones and we have now been on it three times. The only issue we had was the selection of food in the dining room was for people who mainly liked spicy foods which we do not.

Good service, very helpful for my needs

Our family had a wonderful time! Royal Caribbean staff was wonderful! From the dining room, state room attendant, to the entertainment staff, everyone was so friendly!! Bermuda was gorgeous and easy to navigate because the people the are so friendly and helpful!

My stateroom and hallways need a serious redo. Main dining room plus theatre were great. Headliners soso to great Food was terrific

Overall, I had a great vacation and did not run into any issues throughout. I was happy I used Avoya Travel with my booking and will recommend them to anyone traveling in the future.

It was a great trip. The sShip was not TOO large. Lots of kids...with this we were surprised. Entertainment was great. Food was okay. Giovanni's is ALWAYS great, Chops not as much. Staying two days in Bermuda was wonderful becasue it gave us an opportunity to to multiple and independent excursions without risking getting left behind.

The Cruise and Service was Excellent ! I wasn't happy with the soiled sofa ( a sheet was place over it on a daily basis)
