weather not always the best but otherwise could NOT be better!

Silversea should be honest and advertise themselves as "senior cruising" experience. Otherwise it is misleading, and people like myself end up with a lower quality vacation. My suggestion for their next marketing campaign is the following motto: SILVERSEA CRUISES - A NURSING HOME THAT SAILS!

Silverseas is true luxury cruising.

I actually prefer Regent Seven Seas to Silversea. There were numerous issues with Silversea and the Silver Cloud; most were resolved after complaining about them, but I didn't have these issues on Regent Seven Seas. That said, if Silversea had the destinations I was interested in for a good price, I would sail them again.

We love Silverseas cruise line. it was great cruising on a smaller boat and having all the wine and spirits free, we are now too spoiled to go back to those massive ships.

Fantastic. Level of service beyond our expectations. The ship, the itinerary can only do so much. The crew is what pushed Silver Cloud to the top.

silverseas over rated....poor food choices, if not taking their tour, very little help for self directed shore tour. was told by veteran silverseas customers not to judge silverseas by this cruise...would we dare to try silverseas again? not without a huge incentive. on customer on board survey, suggested that ALL ships should consider utilizing a "mystery passenger", just like a "mystery shopper" to evaluate properly and report to management...meaning that from top down everyone's performance, quality service, etc evaluated.

Silversea is an excellent cruise line. The incredible service was almost embarassing. Service was just very, very good. We are not used to being catered to all day , every day. Also, we found the food to be very good, far superior to what we have experienced on the big cruise lines. The Silver Cloud is a great ship. It does need to be refirbished. However, the less than perfectly great condition did not lessen our very enjoyable experience with Silversea. We will, hopefully, have a chance to travel with Silversea again.
