“Rhine River cruise”

This was my first river cruise and Viking made it so memorable! The excursions were interesting and the tour guides were very informative. I missed a couple excursions as I got ill on the cruise. The food was delicious & i was grateful that Linda made sure my meals were dairy free, allowing me to enjoy my meals without fear of allergic reactions. The crew was friendly and helpful, the cruise director was fantastic! A truly wonderful experience!!

Beautiful scenic trip with excellent excursions. Viking Einar crew and staff very friendly and responsive. Food was just great. The only issue was that several of the docking points were not as advertised requiring bussing or extensive walking over difficult streets and many steps. For example Cologne —dock was too far from center city, walking and steps difficult. Koblenz docking required bussing to Koblenz resulting in minimum time to see The town. Strasbourg docking was in Kehl — requiring bussing. Too muck walking and stairs
