Everything was nice, room, service, friendly and very accommodating staff, tours. They were a bit short on the dining room staff and it caused unnecessary delays and some confusion. Air condition was not working well for a couple of days and it was a very hot weather in Europe. Overall it was a nice one week.

Wonderful Cruise! Danube was beautiful. Weather was perfect! Service was excellent. Ship was great ! Europe is awesome . The architecture was exquisite.

We took the last cruise of the season and some but certainly not all the staff seemed tired and ready to be done. The tours varied from awesome to average or below, depending on the guide.

the viking ships parked along side other vessels and we were unable to view the Danube. I paid for scenery instead of a man smoking and not closing his drapes. on several occasions. Other than the noise room over the engine at night, NO SLEEP the nights we were moving

The Gullveig is a great riverboat. We cruised the Danube River and enjoyed the shore excursions with our friends. The food was typically German fare, and the local beers and wines were enjoyed at lunch and dinner. The concert in Vienna was very exciting, and the orchestra and maestro and dancers gave us great joy. Our stateroom was a nice size, we enjoyed our French Balcony, since the weather was mild we had the sliding door open when we were in our room. The bathroom has a heated floor, and that made shower time cozy and warm.
