Janelle began her career as a travel professional in 2011 when she founded Mount Dora Travel as a franchise owner. For nearly a decade, she built a loyal client base and guided travelers on cruises, tours, and custom vacations around the world. From there, Janelle joined American Queen Voyages in the Group and Charter Department. In this role, she deepened her expertise in group logistics, charter planning, and high-level travel coordination. With over a decade of industry experience — both as an agency owner and on the supplier side — Janelle brings a rare 360-degree perspective to travel planning. She understands contracts, group dynamics, supplier negotiations, and the importance of protecting her clients’ investment. Her mission is simple: to create seamless, meaningful travel experiences while serving as a trusted advocate every step of the way. Janelle specializes in group travel, charters, church trips, school programs, alumni associations, family reunions, and other organizations.
