About JC
My Name is Juan Carlos (JC) Aleman. I first started working as a meet & greet service agent for Major Cruise lines while I was in High School. Celebrity Cruises bought the company I was working for and I moved to corporate office worked reservation sales became a top account for three years. Celebrity was purchased by Royal Caribbean and I lost all my status when the companies merged. I jumped ship to work for Carnival Cruise lines and after one year had a chance to become a Travel Agent and I never looked back.
My first cruise experience was on a Five Star Celebrity Cruise to Western Caribbean. I was hooked as soon as I got on board ship. Multiple port of calls, all food included, 24-hour room service and I only unpacked once!!! I now have over 20 years experience, taken over 20 cruises and visited so many islands that I can not remember them all. I have been an independent agent affiliated with the Avoya Travel Network for 14 years.
