Having spent my childhood and formative years in Europe until I was 17, I developed a deep passion for its rich tapestry of cultures, each with its own unique traditions, histories, and flavors. Growing up in Belgium and Poland gave me the incredible opportunity to experience these vibrant cultures firsthand. It also allowed me to become fluent in French and Polish, alongside English, enabling me to form meaningful connections with people across Europe and truly appreciate the diversity of this beautiful continent. Since moving to Florida, I’ve embraced a new chapter surrounded by the sunny, tropical atmosphere that defines this beautiful state. I’ve particularly enjoyed the year-round warm weather and the amazing proximity to the Caribbean Islands, which has opened the door to countless adventures and discoveries just a short trip away. This blend of European roots and coastal living inspires my passion for exploring the world and sharing it with others. One of my most cherished memories is my honeymoon aboard the Celebrity Reflection during a Top Chef sailing. As a true foodie, it was an unforgettable experience!
