AmaWaterways’ expert chefs craft menus that feature exquisite, locally inspired cuisine as well as traditional, Western offerings. At breakfast, sip sparkling wine as you enjoy fresh pastries, or opt for something made-to-order from the menu.

Dinner is a delectable, multi-course affair with wine recommendations that accompany visually stunning, delicious dishes. Try local favorites – like goulash while cruising through Hungary, bratwurst and sauerkraut after returning to the ship from Vienna, or Camembert cheese while on the Seine – or something more familiar, like a sandwich. No matter what your preference, your taste buds are sure to be impressed. Dining at this venue is included with your cruise fare.

The Chef's Table

Join a few of your fellow travelers at The Chef’s Table, where the kitchen – usually hidden – becomes part of the entertainment. You’ll have the opportunity to watch the chef prepare a special multi-course meal right in front of you. The menu here is unique, making this a truly distinct culinary experience. Indulge in delectable dishes served with unlimited fine wines, hand-selected just for this dinner. It is the only venue of its kind on the river. Dining at this venue is included with your cruise fare.

Main Lounge Bar

In the Main Lounge Bar, you can order tapas if hunger strikes between meals and enjoy a wide selection of drinks.

To enrich your experience of the destinations you visit, AmaWaterways invites local musicians, folkloric dancers, and storytellers onboard to share their cultural traditions, ensuring that there is an eclectic schedule of entertainment for every itinerary.

Soak up some rays or take a dip in the refreshing pool with a swim-up bar as you sail by centuries-old castles, charming villages, and other breathtaking scenery. Onshore, explore Europe's treasures with a complimentary bicycle by joining a guided tour or embarking on your own adventure.

Stay active by utilizing the well-equipped Fitness Room, where you can run on the treadmill or try some strength training exercises. After a day of immersive shore excursions, unwind with a rejuvenating massage in the tranquil onboard salon.

There are unique gift shops aboard every ship offering a small selection of sundries, AmaWaterways branded clothing items, and some products locally sourced from the destinations you sail to.

AmaWaterways allows children as young as 4 years of age to board. Children ages 4-10 can share a cabin with their parents. Any children younger than 18 years of age need to be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older in cabin. AmaWaterways does not provide child-specific programs or child-minding facilities.

Children may enjoy AmaWaterways’ active excursions such as hiking, exploring the cities they visit, and bicycle tours. There is a pool onboard every ship and AmaWaterways encourages generational traveling for families.
