Prepare for a truly blissful getaway while onboard AmaMora. When you choose to sail on a AmaWaterways ship it includes excellent dining, comfortable stateroom accommodations,
and refined entertainment. You can start your mornings with a walk around the Sun Deck before disembarking, then check out a bicycle for in-port use, should you wish to explore on your own. During the evening, you can enjoy a nice dinner and watch a live performance. Whatever you choose to do while onboard, you can expect the feel of a large ship without the crowds and in an intimate space.

Onboard Experience

Dress Code

For AmaWaterways, it is recommended to wear “Country Club” attire onboard and clothing suitable to the weather in your ports of call. For special dinners like the Captain’s night or the Farewell dinner, the recommended attire is something you would wear to a 5-star restaurant.

Fitness / Recreation

If you like to maintain a healthy lifestyle, you can continue to do so at the Fitness Room where weights and equipment are available. You can take a light walk around the walking track on the Sun Deck or check out a bicycle for in-port use.

On your journey you will visit many ports and have the option to explore, or should you choose to stay onboard, you can relax at the Al Fresco Terrace and take a dip in the heated pool, while attended to at the swim-up bar. For more relaxation, you can unwind with a massage or enjoy a grooming service at the Hair Salon. If you enjoy socializing, you can meet other guests onboard at the Main Lounge & Bar or make new friends at the Sip & Sail Cocktail Hour. You can also listen to rhythmic tunes with live performances from artists, when available.

Gratuity / Tipping

Gratuities are not included but are recommended as the staff onboard and guides ashore strive to create the best experiences for you. It is typically recommended to tip 3 Euros per person for your Cruise Manager, 12 Euros per person for the crew and 1-2 Euros for your tour guide who will lead you throughout your shore excursions. You may give gratuities in the form of cash or credit card.

Onboard your meals are included, and you can choose to eat at The Chef’s Table Restaurant or Main Restaurant. Breakfast and lunch are typically buffet-style with a wide assortment of Continental cuisine. For dinner, you can enjoy a multi-course dinner. Vegetarian options are available, and it is advised to notify your travel agent in advance of any special diets or allergies so that AmaWaterways may do their best to accommodate. During lunch and dinner, you can choose from a daily selection of unlimited wines or for a wider assortment of beverages, AmaWaterways offers a cocktail hour.
