Avalon Fresh selections are exclusively created in collaboration with Austrian brothers Leo and Karl Wrenkh, leading chefs in the healthy-dining movement, using the freshest ingredients from local farms and suppliers to create flavorful dishes with a dash of innovation. Their creative-yet-wholesome Avalon Fresh options range from energizing juices at breakfast, artfully crafted salads at lunch, to satisfying dinner dishes. Sky Grill

Dine al fresco on the Sky Deck with 360-degree open-air views and delicious culinary creations prepared by Avalon’s Sky Grill chefs. The Avalon Poetry II boasts the spacious Panorama Lounge & Bar, which serves as the central hub for socializing and entertainment onboard.
