Onboard Experience

Fitness / Recreation

With an outstanding space ratio of 67.3, one of the highest at sea, there's plenty of room for all kinds of pleasurable pastimes aboard the Seven Seas Navigator - including some activities rarely available even in the finest resorts on land. Contract Bridge, for example, art auctions and classes in ballroom dancing. However, to do or not to do is up to you.

Sports Activities, Pool & Whirlpool
The Deck 10 teak pool deck features a swimming pool, two whirlpools and a Pool Grill & Bar. Follow your fitness workout with a power walk around the deck, or maybe a few laps in the pool. And if golf is your passion, there are two driving cages where you may practice your swing.

Bridge Masters, Gentlemen Hosts & Computer Classes
Guests who prefer to take a cyberpath to enlightenment will find 10 computers in the library, where you can receive or send e-mail or browse the Internet for a nominal charge. There are gentlemen social hosts on every sailing should you need a dance partner. Or if bridge is your game, a certified Master Bridge instructor can teach you the fine art of contract or duplicate bridge in the card room.

Guest Lecturers
On each voyage, a guest lecturer drawn from the highest ranks of the Diplomatic Service, leading universities or museums presents informal talks or slide shows about the unique places you'll be visiting. Learn about the Incas of Peru on a South America cruise, for example, or a lecture about Colonial America on one of the Seven Seas Navigator's Canada & New England cruises. Additional diversions include art auctions, ballroom dance classes, two duty-free boutiques and a library well stocked with books, videos and assorted games. And every afternoon, high tea accompanied by fresh scones and other delicacies is served in the Navigator Lounge.

Entertainment

On just about any night on the Seven Seas Navigator, you'll be tempted to abandon any thoughts of going to bed at a sensible hour. There are dazzling live performances, thrilling games of chance, romantic cabaret acts plus dancing until you tell us when. Need a partner? One of our gentlemen hosts will be honored to spin you around the floor.

Seven Seas Lounge
In the two-tiered show lounge with its almost full-size proscenium stage, talented singers and dancers celebrate forty years of musical. Tonight on Broadway and Fiesta Latina are just two of a multitude of spectacular shows created under the skillful direction of renowned producer Peter Grey Terhune.

Lounges & Cigar Bar
Several intimate bars and lounges offer a choice of nighttime amusements ranging from singing by the piano in Galileo's to dancing to the latest DJ selections in the Stars Lounge. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail in the friendly Navigator Lounge accompanied by the relaxing sounds of a harp. Settle into a comfortable English club chair in the Connoisseur Club and light up a hand-rolled cigar. And before you retire, have a nightcap in the Vista Lounge high above the sea, accompanied by a galactic display of falling stars.

Dining

Choose to dine at the elegant Compass Rose, a single-open-seating venue, dine at the Pool Grill during the day or make a reservation at the intimate Portofino Grill. Or, of course you may choose to dine in the privacy of your suite at any hour with 24-hour room service. Waiters recruited from some of the world's finest restaurants and hotels provide RSSC's renowned "Above & Beyond" service. A choice of fine, complimentary wine is poured nightly, or a professional sommelier will be pleased to discuss alternatives available for purchase from the wine cellar.

Compass Rose Restaurant:
A superb fusion of international cuisines is artfully presented in the Seven Seas Navigator's elegant main dining room with its fresh flowers, fine linen, china and crystal.

Portofino Grill
Casual breakfast or lunch can be enjoyed at the Portofino Grill, inside or out. At night, it's transformed into the Seven Seas Navigator's reservations-only alternative restaurant, where Italian cuisine can be served al fresco and always al dente. Menus feature a variety of specialties, from the subtle flavors of Parma, Tuscany and Piedmont to the succulent seafood of Genoa and the olive oil and garlic-flavored pastas of Naples. During the day this venue offers elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere.

Casino

Enjoy blackjack, mini-craps, roulette, video poker, slot machines and the friendliest croupiers at sea in the elegant Casino. There are lessons, tournaments and other gaming events as well.

Kids

Club Mariner Youth Program
Club Mariner is a program offered on several RSSC ships during the summer months and the holiday seasons. Available on the Radisson Diamond, the Seven Seas Mariner, the Seven Seas Navigator, and the Seven Seas Voyager, Club Mariner offers a variety of activities for children from the ages of 6 to 11 and 12 to 17.
Young cruisers are divided into two age groups, and activities are designed for each group. Our Club Mariner counselors have many activities, including games, craft projects, movies, and "food fun" to make sure each child has a memorable experience. Teens help the counselor select the activities they prefer to do on their cruise.
Whether cruising to Alaska, the Baltic, Bermuda, the Caribbean, or on one of our Hanukkah/Christmas sailings, young cruisers will have a fun and memorable experience to take home with them.
