A wonderful trip with perfect weather, a vibrant cruise director, enchanting excursions, great food and meeting great people- couldn’t have been better!

The rooms although small provided everything that we needed. The ship staff and the Cruise Manager were outstanding. Very helpful and accommodating.

The staff was wonderful but the food and wine just very average

I was disappointed by the food, it was not up to the standard of my previous AmaWaterways cruise. Otherwise it was perfect!

The food, service, housekeeping was all excellent. The highlight of the trip was Normandy. Also loved the Monet home and gardens tour. But what I think I will always remember is our last night on ship and seeing the sparkling, lit up Eiffel Tower that our captain so graciously provided. The only negative was the transportation to the airport on Disembarkation; It was 30 minutes late and very chaotic, apparently due to the contracted taxi service.

This was our 3rd Ama cruise, and it did not disappoint! The ship was clean and comfortable, the crew was amazing, and the excursions and guides were wonderful! We especially enjoyed the optional bike excursions with our knowledgeable guide, Kristoff. We will be back!

My cruise had some issues due to the strikes and a broken lock. Disappointing, but that’s not their doing. However, there was no pastry chef on board and I had really been looking forward to French breads and pastries. Also, the supplied robes were to small for any woman who isn’t model thin, and tge slippers were downright dangerous as they were way to big and likely to cause anyone to trip. In tge flip side, the excursions were lovely. And the entire crew, as well as our cruise manager we’re superb.

this was a great trip! Natalija our cruise director handled everything so well. The excursions were well planned and excellent, especially the D-Day beaches visit and Monet's Home & Gardens. As always the Ama food and service on board were suburb. Trip exceeded expectations!!

The service from this crew exceeded our expectations! By at least a mile! The food, wine, alllll surperior! Merci!

We were very pleased with our experience with AmaWaterways. This was our first cruise and weren’t sure what to expect. All aspects were outstanding. We really appreciated the local guides on the excursions, the excellent and varied dining choices and the attention to detail by all employees on board. We would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

Arrived last day in Paris would have liked to have been able to get off ship and see the city that evening since we were docked there. Should have offered a bus or transportation to do so.

On the last evening Mike had disco night. We had a great time dancing. Unfortunately we had to get up at 4 am for our flight so we had to leave early. Having it earlier in the week would have been better.

I very much enjoyed the cruise on the Seine. Visiting sites I'd only read about or seen pictures of was in some places solemn and very moving (Omaha Beach and the American cemetery), and in others charming, picturesque and delightful ( Honfleur, Giverny, Rouen) I would have much preferred not driving past the museum displaying the Bayeaux tapestries without seeing them. I would have preferred being able to visit the inside of the place where Joan of Arc was held before being burned to death- which apparently is always closed on the Monday the ship stops in Rouen. I would have greatly preferred being able to sit with different people during mealtime and get to talk to and get to know many other travelers instead of the four people you assigned me to sit with. And I would have preferred more meal choices that reflected the food of the Normandy area, which is quite distinct and delicious. The chef was excellent and I enjoyed the meals but would have been happy to have more fresh fish and shellfish that are the fare of the coast of Normandy and its environs.

From start to finish it was amazing.

This was our first river cruise and it was amazing. The Amawaterways staff was wonderful, the food was fantastic and all of the tours were enjoyable as well as interesting.

The Ships crew, The Cruise Director (Reka) were amazing. The trip itself was so awesome and enlightening. I had a thoroughly fantastic time. Thank you all Idis
