Perfect trip with excellent Avalon team.

We loved everything about this trip! The level of service is beyond compare, food was outstanding, accommodations were comfortable. It was a wonderful cruise and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Staff , food were wonderful.

Staff was professional, pleasant, fun, and met our every wish (except letting my husband steer the ship!). Route was fun and a learning experience. Food was always delicious and the bar even stocked my husband's favorite, Jameson Irish Whiskey! From now on, whenever we take a river cruise, we'll look for Avalon first! Avalon was recommended by our travel agent and she also always displayed her "service heart".

This was a trip of a lifetime. Each port added to the experience. Avalon Waterways was fantastic.

This was our first Avalon cruise, as out prior river cruises were taken on Viking. We hit a few spots of low water but the Director, Valentin, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job of redirecting us to alternate routes. I did not envy them, but applaud them for their professionalism.

I’ve just completed my first river cruise on Avalon Waterways. It was exceptional, the staff, the ship and of course the 3 rivers, Danube, Main and Rhein. It’s a great way to check into your all inclusive “hotel” and explor 5 countries

Too hot this time of year to go on this trip . They do not have windows to block heat or the air co to cool the room for summer heat . Should have been explained to me before I booked a room with a view .Was told when I complained about it I had to keep the blinds closed at all times . Why did I pay extra for a room with a view ? Talking to people without a full length window below water level and they were cool . Even the dining room was unbearably hot ! Would sit there and sweat through dinner . Breakfast and lunches were good but dinners were average and portions were small .Finally after complaining for 4 days were switched to cruise directors room which was better but still couldn't leave blinds open . Would not go back in summer and not with Avalon again .

Wonderful trip up the Danube River from the Black Sea to Budapest. The boats and service staff on Avalon were fantastic. Great food. Our second Avalon cruise and certainly not our last. Great cruise/ tour director.

My husband and I hoped that our Avalon Magnificent European cruise would be the trip of a lifetime. It absolutely was but the professionalism, service and amenities aboard our ship were even better than we expected. The food was outstanding and the organization of the shore excursions could not possibly be handled any better. We look forward to our next trip with Avalon.

I thoroughly enjoyed every. Input eof the Outlander cruise. The crew was impeccable, the food was delicious and the ship itself was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for more. I took several of the walking tours that were offered and they were just right, not too long or strenuous. I have no complaints only kudos to Avalon.

Seems like we spent as much time in locks as cruising. Otherwise as advertised.

Avalon knows how to do a river cruise. It was everything and more.

The facilities and staff were first class

The entire trip exceeded our expectations. From the cleaning staff to the tour director everyone was very attentative, polite, and congenial at all times. The food was fabulous and the cleanliness was very good. We would recommend this trip to anyone who asked.

I will most certainly consider booking another vacation with Avalon. First class treatment all the way.

The ship, accommodations, tours and meals were outstanding. Loved every minute on board or on Avalon's tours.
