Awesome experience! The small ship was a great venue for meeting new friends. Our travel agent, Stacy was super helpful.

We loved everything about our trip-the food, the staff and crew on the Passion, the tours we took-all tremendous! We highly recommend this trip!

Working with my travel agent Connie was a 5 star rating. I wasn’t impressed with the service or food on Avalon. I have been on Viking so I do have a comparison. The tours were good. Our Marriott hotel in Prague was excellent.

What a wonderful vacation we had. We were sorry to say goodbye to the friends we made and the crew who did a wonderful job in taking care of us. From the arrival at the airport to the departure Avalon took care of us, In addition to a wonderful time we had on board, Avalon supplied great hotels on our early arrival in Budapest and extend stay in Prague. The included tours were great with very good tour guides on all. I have nothing but good thigs to say on our first cruise with Avalon and can see us going on other cruises with them.

Good good. Immaculate clean crew friendly and professional, , activities director was a let down, as a two part cruise I learned the differences in cruise directors. Our first director did little to assist when questions or issues developed. Our second director could not have been any better

Everything Avalon did was wonderful. However, we were not pleased with our Avoya travel agent.

It was my first time on a river cruise and I absolutely loved it.

This was our first river cruise. What we learned was we wanted more time in the major cities and less in the smaller. to facilitate this I feel a 10 day would be the sweet spot

This cruise definitely exceeded expectations. The ship was comfortable, the food and beverages terrific, the excursions engaging, and the sights unique and fascinating. The only issue I had during the trip was weak WiFi access at some points, but that’s almost a trivial problem compared to what they got right during this trip. I would definitely recommend this one.

7 days on the ship we’re amazing. The ship was beautiful, food delicious, and staff fantastic. Great service! The excursion were educational and lovely cities. Our 7days on land was enjoyable. Croatia was stunning.

Great & interesting trip! Cruise director and local guides were very good. The extra a activities we signed up for were super fun. Accommodations on and off the ship excellent, as was the food. The only thing that was somewhat problematic - what seemed like an extra leg going to Bucharest thru Paris and coming back to Dulles through Amsterdam. It involved a lot more time traveling and waiting at airports, and we had to leave our hotel in Budapest at 3am, thus giving us 24 hours of travel with no sleep.

Overall really interesting excursions. Excellent service provided by all. The food was not as good as we’ve had on other cruises, which is why 4 stars instead of 5.

More than we expected! Would recommend Avalon as we had an outstanding vacation! The staff was amazing!

Loved the ship. It was relaxed, friendly,professional. Had a wonderful time. Traveled with family including 2 granddaughters age 8 and 9. Crew was great with them. I would definitely recommend Avalon to friends.

Avalon Passion is a clean, well staffed, well run, excellent ship that exceeded my expectations. The stateroom was a good size and our housekeeper, Melinda, was the best I've ever experienced. The cruise director, Valentin, was also the best. He was friendly, funny and informative. And, the food! Words can't describe! Our guided excursions to the Christmas Markets were both interesting and fun. The best non market excursions were to the Abbey in Linz and the Symphony in Vienna. This was my last trip to Europe and I do believe it was the best. Thank you, Avalon!

We had a marvelous time on our Avalon Budapest to Prague trip. Our boat managed low water just fine, so we didn’t have to change boats like some on other lines at the same time. The food and service was exceptional; even though we chose the lowest cost stateroom, we had ample space for us and our things. The tour director Sorin was a delight and all the staff were most helpful. Highly recommend this trip!

Great weather, great time. Exceeded my expectations. Will do another one in time.

We enjoyed our visits to Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Prague and more. The tours were set up for active and slower walkers such as us.

The Danube is a beautiful river to cruise on. We could do it again and again.
