The staff was very friendly and helpful but the quality of the food was below expectation.

Smooth sailings throughout the Caribbean waters, from embarkation to/through disembarking. Dinner times were great, because we [me, my wife, my father in-law, and my mother in-law] had the 'Best' server on the ship. All venues provided 'Excellent' customer service. Shore excursions were not only as advertised, but really, more than advertised. Room attendant provided really quality service, throughout the cruise. We took 2 evenings for 'Speciality Dining' at they were truly relaxing with great food, service, and ambiance. The Cruise - Relaxing, Enjoyable, Great Service, Smooth Ride, Tasty/Tasteful Drinks, Friendly Cruisers, etc.

Many niceties from cruising have been stripped away only to be replaced by staff with attitude & pushing alcoholic beverages at $10 each.

To get the daily activities, you must an I-phone which I do not have. If there is something you want, you must go get it yourself.. Inconvenient for an 88 year old.

Food was not good. Entertainment was mediocre. Ship was lovely.

The Dream was larger than the other Carnival ships that we have been on. It had a nonsmoking casino on the 4th deck in addition to the regular casino on the 5th deck which is partly nonsmoking. We ordered from the Steakhouse menu but ate in the dining room for $20 for 3 of the nights. The food was good. The staff was great. The excursions were limited. We were not impressed. The comedy shows were excellent. Their production shows were good as well. They played Deal or No Deal and it was fun. Bingo was OK but only 3 games per session. Drinks were a bit weak. Really great to sail again!!

Our trip was wonderful. We really enjoyed our anniversary. Can’t wait for our next trip on Carnival

Great Value! The entertainment portion of the cruise was of the highest quality. The service staff were friendly and efficient. Not a single concern or problem on the entire cruise.

Carnival was great! Especially the waiters. We love the service we received.

We had a great time. The staff was great and Chris Williams the Cruise Director was fantastic.

The cruise was what we expected and a mixture of high and low ratings. Our Agent Kimberly was super but our steward was a little on the downside. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and wish they would mix the entertainment venue around a bit.

Being a first time cruiser, I was surprised by how comfortable the room was including the bed. I enjoyed the cities we visited and had an enjoyable time touring the countryside and shopping. I would recommend that the smoking on the ship only be allowed outside in a specific area. When you have the casino in the middle of the ship, you can smell the smoke almost everywhere. Another recommendation would be to remedy the drink availability. The only way I could get soda to drink was to go to the bar. The bars were very crowded and often no one was working or there was only one person waiting tables and making the drinks. This made it very difficult to get a soda and very confusing.
