Really enjoyed the smaller ship and the age group of the cruise. There was a good variety of choices of dinner in the dining room. Crew was friendly.

Well i was lied to about photo's i bought. Then i bought a spa treatment they said wad 119.00 and when i got my final bill it was 150.00 went to customer service they said would fix it I'm glad I'm not holding my breath.

Deborah Butler spent 2/3 of her 7 day cruise on ship due to wrong info given at guide desk. “I was told at the first 2 port (Jamaica and Grand Cayman), it would not be possible to get off—that it would be impossible to get off and maneuver. Therefore she missed 2/3 of the Carnival Cruise.

The Freedom was spewing oil and soot all over the back of the ship. The window making up the balcony boundary were covered in oil residue. We could not use the balcony the last two days due to the soot on everything, chairs, deck and railings. The ship would not tell us the shore time, even though the Sunrise/set times were shown in local time, which made it hard to know when they actually occurred. On a plus the AC in the room was the coolest we have ever had.

We had a great time aboard the Freedom. It is a but of an older ship but the service more than makes up for it. We enjoyed dining in the main dining room. Rico, Mario and Dewi were all amazing. Our steward made our stay very comfortable. Mahogany Bay was the most beautiful port. Don't hesitate to set sail. You won't be sorry!

Carnival doesn't seem to want to really impress any more. The entertainment is almost all passenger provided...lip singing...karaoke and 2 nights of game shows??? The dining experience was not really up to standards previously experience either...Still had great service from the room steward...but you have to ask for ice in the room and there are no extras like razors or lotions or thing you might forget...now you have to bring them or buy them. Just a little sad.
