We had a great time on a smaller older boat. Think vintage Vegas for decoration but the service was great Food was better than expected from the last carnival cruise.

We Ordered a king bed for our room, and it was really two twin beds that were but together. The twin beds kept sliding apart which made a gap between us.....VERY uncomfortable!!!

Twin beds were narrower than crib mattresses. Comedy club was lazy comedy and not very funny, very little music and shows! Food was good and dining staff were terrific! Cabin steward was also great. Would not recommend this cruise!

“Disappointing.”

Food was just okay, some inedible, especially the polenta and strawberry dessert served. Weather did not cooperate and we were unable to snorkel on both tours we had booked. The Normandie Lounge (theater) shows were just okay but amateur with the same crew dancers starring in all shows, nothing new was introduced. A child threw up in the pool on a sea day and it took the crew almost 3.5 hours to empty it, clean it and refill it, so swimming was basically not available that day since Paradise has only one pool. Will not take a Carnival cruise again, will go Princess, RCL or NCL. Tour director was excellent (great) however. So was the housekeeping crew and dinner crew. Photos just too expensive, but that is on all cruises. Easy quick lines for boarding and leaving. Will take at the least a 7 day cruise from now on.
