We booked our cruise to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we wanted to be aboard on the day. The itinerary was interesting and turned out to be wonderful! To celebrate the special day, we booked a suite to enjoy being pampered. With the exception of the Retreat Lounge, our expectations were met, if not exceeded. The level of service in the Retreat Lounge was not what we had experienced previously. There just wasn’t enough staff to accommodate the guests. Besides that we were very pleased with our vacation.

We had a fantastic time. Food was delicious each night. Staff was fantastic. Well worth the drink package drinks were delicious. But it was very clean. The only disappointment was the entertainment was not as good as prior cruises.

The service on the cruise ship was outstanding! The room was comfortable, the food was good, and the entertainment adequate. The overall biggest problem with the cruise was the excursions. They were overpriced, the guides were mediocre, and the stop at the leather and jewelry stores were no bargain. We were lead to believe items were discounted and discovered later that they were highly overpriced goods. Luckily, we hadn’t bought anything!

Celebrity went out of their way to make my trip wonderful. I am GF and dairy-free and the menu was excellent.

This cruise was epic! My daughter and I had the absolute best time. Everything was perfect. I don’t have anything bad to say. I highly recommend!

Trip was excellent and we booked 3 excursions thru Celebrity which were great fun. Staff on the ship were so helpful and pleasant. Entertainment and music was always available and performers were top notch.

It was a very good cruise. The ship had been remodeled a year ago so everything look new. The shows and the food were both very good.

It was nice, the food in the dining room was okay. The upgraded dining was better. They were constantly on the up sale. Which was annoying ,they should of served better food. The food in the buffet was actually better then the dining. The bartenders tried to give you the cheap liquor !We had the premium drink package you had to watch the Bartender and tell him what to pour.

The staff was extremely helpful. The food was good. Marie, my steward was fantastic. She replaced my pillows after informing her they smelled like body odor

Food and service was great. Entertainment was super. Will chose Celebrity again.

First class ship and crew. Couldn’t asked for better service and better customer experience than this ship.

This cruise was a magical adventure. We had a fabulous time, and I would recommend it, Avoya Travel, and Celebrity to anyone! Special thanks to Kim Boen, our travel agent, for all of her patience and help in getting everything arranged. She is amazing!

We had a wonderful trip stopping in 5 countries! The ship was fantastic and so were our excursions.
