Halloween Cruise, fun time

I came from my two year-old granddaughter, but I had expected more adult things like comedy shows entertainment music bands. There was a lot of standing in line for characters and not much else to do. I found it incredibly boring.

This was our first cruise ever and it was the most amazing experience ever! The service, the food, the amenities made this trip fabulous! We’re empty nesters and being huge Disney fans wanted to give the Disney cruise a try. And they exceeded our expectations!

Was good but a little more crowded than usual Our Jamaican tour guide was excellent

We went on a Disney cruise with our grandkids and their parents. The shows were phenomenal but I really didn’t like having to eat in the dining room all the time. The buffet was small with limited seating. Likewise the pool was shamefully small for a ship this sized. The food was good though and the rooms were larger than expected. My wife and I are more used to Viking and Oceania so, unless we take the grandkids again, we won’t be doing Disney.

Our family had a wonderful first-time cruise experience! We truly were impressed with the service, kindness and friendliness of the staff, and the delicious food!

Very good experience. The boat was in good condition. The crew were very professional.

This was our first time going with Disney’s Concierge service. The Concierge team was amazing! I needed some extra help because of a recent knee surgery - everyone was so kind and accommodating. (We’ve sailed DCL before - regular service is just as great!) We had a larger room this time to accommodate my in laws and it was wonderful! The food was very good - especially in Palo’s, the specialty restaurant. The Halloween themed ship was lots of fun. There was a lot to do for “adults only” so we felt there was a good balance between Disney fun and adult downtime. The ship itself, Disney’s Wonder, is one of their two original ships with classic lines and elegant decor in the rooms. Again, the service was outstanding from the concierge team to the fellow manning the drink station, John, who always remembered our names and drink of choice!

The cruise, the weather, the excursions, the food were all great. I have only one complaint that is not the fault of Avoya. I hated being charged a double occupancy rate for going solo. I got Covid on the trip but tested positive once I got home, so it didn't affect my trip. That's not Avoya or Disney's fault. All precautions were taken. I really enjoyed myself but I won't sirens that kind of money going solo again.

My 11-year-old grandson gave it an A+ and said it was amazing. There was something for all age groups. Food was fabulous.
