Was the best experience I ever had it was awesome would love to go again and recommend all my friends best cruise ever

Beautiful ship but food was horrible except breakfast.when to restaurant for breakfast sat there for 45 minutes as we watched the waiter take customers order who just arrived as we sat waiting and watching finally we just got up and walked out and had to go to buffet which now was packed we planned for early breakfast very over crowded it would of been nice to have 2 days in Bahamas instead of one

Overall it was excelent, the only reasons I don't give five stars is because of the customer service and the security on the boarding on the first day. I got rushed, to the point that I almost lost my passport.

I love msc cruise line but I did not care for seascape. This ship design is choppy. The should gave 2 buffets, it was always crowded. On the other hand, our interior room was my favorite. We had room 9074, there was a hallway on onside and a cleaning area on the otherside...no neighbors

MSc did a great job. Definitely recommend the upgrade. Otherwise a zoo. The staff were beyond phenomenal. Entertainment so so BUT entertaining

Trip was amazing—food was unimpressive….most of the staff were pleasant & helpful. In Particular, our dining room staff were impeccable!!!!

Food was 5 star as was the service. Very clean, nice and new.

I had a wonderful cruise , saw many islands, did some excursions that were nice as well. The crews on board were always helpful, polite, smiling and willing to help and answer all quiries. The food was very good and the service was impeckable. Loved the Adult ONLY pool. Friendly people on board. My room with balcony was perfect for me and my cabin lad was fabulous. The cruise was wonderful. Loved every minute of it. Joan Porter

Room 5131 is horrible. You can hear the conversations of the workers right across the wall from your head. There are also strange noises that sound like many coins dropping down a shoot. And on the last night the sounds of moving luggage will continue until past 3 AM.

Beautiful ship, but too big for us. Over 5000 guest, with 1000 children. Buffet food repeative and very confusing set up. Keep going in circles. Entertainment was great, but short and had to be lucky to book it before it sold out

I’ve sailed in many different cruise lines. This was my first time on MSC. I’m glad I booked the yacht club over the other categories. It truly feels like you’re on a ship inside of a ship. I rarely ever left the yacht club. Every part of the service was incredible and well worth the money. Since I don’t like crowds being in an area that has a maximum of 350 guest made it feel like I was on a private yacht. I enjoyed the cruise so much already booked a second.

Customer service was horrible!!! They damaged my luggage. Offered me duck tape to close my suitcase, but didn’t even have duck tape. Had to buy another suitcase at one of the ports. Hidden fees! Try to charge $100 per person in the cabin for house keeping. We had 3 people, which would have been $300 total. Bought drink package, but don’t drink out the mini bar because they will charge you. Even when the first day we asked was this included in our package and the housekeeper said yes. The ports we stopped at was great.

Though there were some problems with the ship, overall the cruise was great. Thanks to Terry for making everything come together for the cruise.
