Simple and a pleasure working with Avoya travel agent Deb Gronski . Problem was hurricane related and inability to cancel or reschedule for another time.

Must has already been stated about the Aqua, so, mine review will be a bit different. We had 2 weeks on her, the first in cabin 10725 and the second week in the Haven cabin 13234. Service is unparalleled, can't say enough about that from room attendants to bar staff, waiters and Butlers. The new software the ship is using needs serious attention. It has many glitches, you just need to be patient and hope the issues are resolved timely. The time of just 6 hrs in Tortola is really short and many cruisers complained about that. I would remind folks to remember if you cruise during the summer, there will be MANY kids, week 1 was 1000 kids, week 2 was 700. All trying to use the pool and take up lounge chairs and just being kids, though both weeks proved many parents left their kids unsupervised. There is no peaceful place to go except your balcony. I have not one issue with the crew. Not one single issue from the waiters, bartenders, pool staff, room attendants. First class all the way.

after cruising for 30+ years and completing at least 20 cruises, our recent cruise on NCL newest ship Aqua was the worse experience we have ever had. From the complete disaster of embarkation to the hours it took to get back and forth to their private island, nothing was managed well. Pools are tiny, you cannot find outdoor lounges unless towels out by 6am, people actually take over couches in the outdoor dining areas to use for sunbathing. Lines for the roller coaster, miniature golf are hour long at least and only open for about 4 hours a ay - and never in evening hours when it’s cooler. First time we encountered rude employees, many telling us they are overworked and have put in f transfers to other ships. No one it seems is happy on board this poorly designed ship.
