Our balcony and room extremely tiny…..never again

I was satisfied

This was our first NCL cruise. Good points specifically restaurants very good, MDR restaurants good too, buffet okay average. Cabin very nice, ships appearance interior and exterior good. Staff and services very good. Entertainment and entertainment venues very average difficult to find comfortable chairs in quiet areas. Although dining areas had dress code posted it was ignored and staff failed to address it. Very poor embarkation experience, the poorest of all cruises we’ve sailed on. Overall we enjoyed the cruise however, have reservations on possible future bookings with NCL ,

The cruise itself was good, but the experience at Lisbon, Portugal and Miami customs was terrible. We waited 2 1/2 hrs in the rain to board the ship. Then at Miami the disembarking was terrible. Another long wait, lines with bags to transfer to bus all exposed to weather. Lisbon was so bad, we decided to Never visit that port again.

A DREAM COME TRUE VACATION WITH NCL. Service was great and the ship despite being 10 years old was still in good shape and clean. Best of all was the friendly crew and the smooth disembarkation on each island plus the plethora of dining options. My kids loved the slides and the kids club.

It was very nice but very tiring for senior and overweight folks

I did enjoy seeing parts of Europe for the first time. The cruise felt like it was being reduced to a discount quality as everything was mediocre. Not enough entertainment like shows, dining room meals were not as great as expected and came Luke warm not hot. Some desserts were so full of jello and fillers couldn’t taste fruit or flavors. The ship did well in rough waters and I enjoyed walking on deck. I didn’t enjoy the push to purchase things. Some bands were great like new generation,and Angelique but some singers were not good. The five sea days in a row would have been better had there been more entertainment and things to do.the show Broadway unplugged and million dollar quartet were awesome. Ncl this cruise felt sub par in comparison to princess who I’ve taken two cruises on. The shore excursions I felt were not as descriptive and therefore not explained well and the humans working the desk had a lack of information about them. They would simply say “I have not taken that one”. Lame. The cruise staff were wonderful and worked hard to keep people having a good time.

3 days at sea on front and 3 days at sea on back side was too much. Buffet was cold food.

The bathrooms were atrocious by the pool and in the common rooms lots of times there was no soap. Also there was charges for everything that excursions were way overpriced for what you get. I don’t think I’d go go back to Norwegian. It would have to be a real good deal. Didn’t like the idea that you had to pay for a lot of the better meals in the specialty restaurants. The staff was lovely balcony was very very small, but the staff was great. The food was OK. we had some really good meals, but you had to pay for premium

First I put a complaint to Mario in his box about putting making reservation for the 2 shows on the ship I was told to do it on tv and I did not known how and then to do it on the screen on the 6 floor then I was told I could not attend the show at the time I wanted anyway all of this was so much stress and wasting time and getting upset I have done 7 cruises and never had to go through this stress

My grandsons ages 14 &16 had a great time. They made many friends and really enjoyed basketball, water activities and fitness Center. I enjoyed just relaxing on my balcony and taking advantage of being served at dinner. We have no complaints regarding our time on board the ship.

Loved the NCL Getaway ship, the entertainment was the best we've ever had on our 15 cruises. The Specialty dining was amazing as well, epecially liked Le Bistro and Seafood restaurants. We have been partial to Holland America lines but now have a new favorite, NCL!

Bad weather in Bahamas caused us to miss the zipline and swimming with the pigs, but after that we had smooth and pleasant sailing across to Azores, Madeira and Lisbon, one of pur favorite cities on earth! So sad, we'll have to cruise again to get to Great Stirrup Cay and swim with the pigs... :)

Love our cruise, the food was delicious, the service was excellent and the entertainment was fabulous

Can't say praise the staff enough, everyone from the waiters to the medical staff are excellent.
