The ship and crew were very good. The nightly entertainment was not good. Docking at Wards Cove and Whitter were not good ports. Additional time was required to get to Ketchikan from Wards Cove. Whitter our final destination had a one-way 2.5 mile tunnel to leave the port. It took 45 minutes to finally get through it.

nice itinerary...older ship but ncl crewmembers are well trained and mostly a pleasute

Would have liked better toiletries. There was no body lotion and the shampoo was combined with conditioner. The food was mediocre.

Good cruise but over priced compared to other cruise lines with comparable ships

A fantastic cruise;. t was a first for Elizabeth and she was all smilres from start to finish. Onluy one compplaint. No mention of the Catholic Mass untill too late to attend. The experirnce was so good we plan another in 2025

The issues we saw were charging for WiFi and the food was ok not outstanding and the excursions needed to be more organized when you got off the ship! The same entrees were served in three different restaurants could have used more variety. Fish dishes were hard to find anywhere. This cruise was a real beef eaters dream, We feel charging for WiFi was crazy when it was required for some game shows! And when you departed ship for excursion it was hard to find where you should go. Needed more signage from vendors. Otherwise the entertainment was good, crew was excellent and very helpful and the ship (Jade) was clean and very nice.

Entertainment in stardust theatre best ever. Entailment in lounges Not very good. Port stops were good. Specialty dining very good. Salad bar in buffet could have been better. Overall good cruise.

We had beautiful weather and smooth sailing, The Jade was too small for us, not a lot to do. The staff was wonderful.

We are NCL champs, but this past cruise was really poor. The service was slow, food mediocre at best and entertainment fair. We were very disappointed. Not enough staff!!!! NCL has really cut back and it was apparent everywhere on ship. I heard multiple complaints and folks saying they will not take another NCL cruise. The speciality restaurants did not disappoint! Best part of the cruise.

I am so glad my daughter and I ended up going. We had a lot of bumps getting there with delta plane issues, being stuck in an airport over night, possibly canceling because we weren’t gonna make the cruise in time, missing a day and night in Athens because of the plane issue, but after prayers and working with the delta staff all night, we are all booked on a flight that got us there just in the knick of time to board our ship. One of our groups luggage got lost and she just got her luggage 2 weeks after being home, but we made it and it was so much fun and worth all the bumps and hassle! Barbara is an amazing travel agent and we look forward to using her in the future! Thank you!!

We were very pleased with the smaller ship, Jade, and the main reason we booked this cruise was because the ports of call. Each day offered us a different culture and fantastic experiences & memories

It was such a wonderful experience being on a cruise ship. Norwegian made it very easy and it was an organized and smooth vacation!! The sites were lovely and I will definitely be doing it again!

Wonderful staff onboard. Good was good…excursions were good as were the tour guides. Very busy cruise but loved it!

Only challenge was the on/off in Santorini but it was worth the wait once we reached the top. Excellent staff, excellent ship, and excellent entertainment!

Since our trip to Israel was cancelled, we had to make do with more Greek Islands. They turned out to be very interesting and enjoyable. Turkey was terrific on both stops. We loved Ephesus and Istanbul. The food was very good and the entertainment got better as the days went by. But our cabin did not improve. It remained small but it helped when I requested a chair to sit on and a padded chair arrived. The tiny toilet area was outrageously small. I can't imagine how big people could use it! It is not the fault of the cruise line since I ok'd the cabin but it was a lesson in asking more questions when booking a cruise. Otherwise it was a lovely time.

The ship, food, waiters, staff etc etc were great. Locations were what I went for and some still need to play on how to handle tourists but that isn't NCL's problem, its Namibia's. My main/only real complaint about NCL is the free air. Free air does not mean taking a normally 14 or so hour flight and routing it thru 2-3 continents so it takes 26 hours in the air. I was not the only passenger treated this way and it was a disappointment. 1 other minor disappointment is they no longer ask "share" when you enter a dining room which can be a but of a problem if you are a single but I am chalking that one up to Covid. Luckily your do make friends and find others to enjoy meals, trivia etc with.

Weather conditions hindered some tours

Very disappointed with Norwegian, both the programs and services. Itinerary is ok but not enough time to see all the attraction.

With multiple cruises and tours in our history, this 19-Night Europe Cruise on the JADE was superlative. A truly lifetime experience for all 14 travelers in our group. A small item, but JADE had the most comfortable cabin and beds for a peaceful good night's sleep EVERY single night!!! In addition to that, the JADE venue with the wrap-around highly professional and courteous NORWEGIAN management and service were impeccable from beginning to end. BRAVO NORWEGIAN JADE!!!

The itinerary was unbelievable, with Luxor and Jordan the highlights. We have traveled on many NCL trips and this one the quality of the food was not very good and there were few activities and no intro to each port like they use to have, a bit disappointing.

Rather than the itinerary everything was very disappointed. The ship, service, food, activity on ship. The staff very unhelpful. I’ll never cruise Norwegian cruise again.
