“Oceania Outperforms Again”
5 Stars
Ship: Marina
Cruise Date: 07/27/2025
Destination: Europe
It was a wonderful cruise due to spectacular weather, fantasic staff and a lovely ship. We were so lucky with the weather to see all the beautiful mountains, lakes, rivers and fjords. Our service on Oceania was as expected from past cruises with them. The only complaint I have eve r had is with the Shore Excursions asfood, they over price and undeliver on most of their excursions. We did do a ship tour this time that was very good, so that was a pleasant surprise. Otherwise they do an excellent job..

Great trip. The ship, Oceania Riviera is pretty, similar to Azamara ships. The suite was great. Ample and comfortable. The main dining room is beautiful. The terrace cafe had grand motherly curtains and the tables are crowded. Lounges and entertainment areas are great

“Nice stateroom and ship, but not enough activities.”

Ship: Riviera
Cruise Date: 07/17/2025
Destination: Alaska
Ship decor very nice and food pretty good, but ship lacking in activities. Basically, nothing much going on after 10 pm. Very few dancing choices throughout the cruise, terrible and barely any group activities, and not much music. The theatre had good entertainment but only one show per night all 12 nights. Except for room service, no food after 9 pm!!! Some of the ports not well planned and needed more shuttle buses!!!!

I loved the ship--it was beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms were big and spacious. The food was great! The people who worked on the ship were all so nice!! The ports were disappointing.

Ship: Regatta
Cruise Date: 06/03/2025
Destination: Asia
The cruise on Oceania Regatta was pleasant and we saw lots of fascinating locales. However Oceania fell short of previous experiences. Things like the welcome bottle of wine (previously Champagne now Prosecco) the string group (previously a quartet now a duo) and the downgrading of the premium liquor package (top shelf brands not available, sub-par cocktails due to over reliance on mixes) all showed obvious cut backs. The change of port from Bangkok to Laem Chabang (sp) was a major disappointment and *many* passengers commented that it was to save on port fees. We had to pay out of pocket for

Ship: Regatta
Cruise Date: 04/09/2025

This trip was truly an adventure. Due to unknown circumstances, ports were changed in 3 of our stops and in Bangkok a last minute change occurred due to the earthquake. That particular change was unfortunate as it made the drive into Bangkok over 70 miles and cancelled all 3 of the shore excursions we had booked. We hired a driver for the day instead which worked out very well and we saw everything we wanted to but it did turn an overnight stay into a useless 2nd day because no one wanted to endure that journey twice! Pre-communication about the changes was spotty and left many question

“Perfect family vacation”
5 Stars
Ship: Vista
Cruise Date: 04/08/2025
Destination: Caribbean
We are a family of 6 adults and a beautiful grand baby girl. Oceania welcome this baby girl like she was a celebrity! They did everything for her you could imagine. The crew and the passengers just adored her. Beside her, Oceania was the perfect trip for the 6 adults all who vacation very differently. There were the amazing restaurants for the foodies, the wonderful adventure tour for the kid at heart and of course the relaxing spa for those wanted to just do nothing. Thank you Oceania for the PERFECT getaway!

The ship was beautiful, gorgeous artwork. The service was impeccable. The stateroom was lovely. Oceania is marketed for its food; we found it to be a bit overhyped. The Red Ginger dining room was outstanding. The Italian restaurant Toscana was only average. The steakhouse Polo was very good, although the filet mignon was not tender, as it should have been. The French restaurant Jacques was quite good. The Grand Dining Room left a bit to be desired. The Terrace Cafe (buffet) could always be counted on to have something good, and the Waves burger/pizza outdoor cafe was very good as well

We took this cruise as it included four destinations we had never visited. As we did not pay for a suite, by the time we were allowed to book excursions, most of them were already filled. We were wait listed but never got the excursions we wanted. The evening entertainment was so-so, and, if you booked a specialty restaurant, you were unable to attend the shows. Again, as we didn't book a suite, all the ealy dinner times were booked up before we were allowed to make reservations. While the staff were very friendly, none of the dining venues were able to accommodate my wife's requirement f

Antarctica was fabulous. Saw whales, swimming penguins, lots of birds. No seals and no orcas. Fjords were beautiful but obscured by bad weather, which also totally obscured the Andes. Stateroom was great, but couldn't enjoy the big veranda because of weather. Food was wonderful this time. Ship was great. Unfortunately got sick about half way through, but not bad enough to ruin the trip.

As usual, Oceania was wonderful. The food was superb, the staff was top-notch and the casino dealers were just great. I had to sped several hours in the medical clinic and I was amazed. The level of care I received was much better than most US hospital emergency rooms. I had blood tests, an xray, iv and nebulizer treatments, and prescriptions dispensed. I was given the absolutely best treatment and I felt better in a day. US clinics and medical centers should really look at this model. The trip was a real pleasure and we put a deposit on a cruise for next year.

The Insignia ship, crew and staff gave us the best of cruising experiences. The suite, the restaurants, the amenities were perfect for the small ship experience that we enjoy. We met and gathered with many other folks that have had similar travel adventures and that relish the small ship cruises. Thank you Deborah !
