Excellent food and services abroad the Marina. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Very nice journey, met and exceed our expectation

Great ports, great food, beautiful cabin!

We had a wonderful trip on Insignia to Newfoundland, Greenland, and Iceland. We loved the itinerary and grew to love the ship and the crew. While Insignia is an older ship and we missed a number of things that we experienced on Viking such as a walkaround promenade deck, laundry on each floor, included tours in each port..., we found much to like about the ship and service. The itinerary was excellent and overall a wonderful experience.

Loved our cruise. The itinerary and shore excursions were great. Loved visiting all the different islands. Our first time on Oceania as we picked them for the itinerary. Still on the fence as to whether or not we will sail them again. We didn't feel any difference on this line compared to other lower end lines. It was very comprable in terms of offerings. We were in top concierge level and the rooms and especially the bathrooms on the Regatta (smaller ship) were tiny. The shower is 2x3 and we are not large people. I feel we get more space and offerings for our money elsewhere. Crew was wonderful. Not fond of the later dining and the constant changing of wait staff but we were able to get the 6:30 seating and great service nonetheless. The french polynesia is a spectacular place and the people are friendly. I would definitely go back.

The food was hit and miss. All the passengers I spoke with agreed. We went snorkeling 4 times and never saw a living coral reef. There were a lot of fish because the tour guides feed them.

It was a wonderful cruise due to spectacular weather, fantasic staff and a lovely ship. We were so lucky with the weather to see all the beautiful mountains, lakes, rivers and fjords. Our service on Oceania was as expected from past cruises with them. The only complaint I have eve r had is with the Shore Excursions asfood, they over price and undeliver on most of their excursions. We did do a ship tour this time that was very good, so that was a pleasant surprise. Otherwise they do an excellent job..

Shore excursions were over priced for what we got. The food was excellent as was the accommodations.

Great trip. The ship, Oceania Riviera is pretty, similar to Azamara ships. The suite was great. Ample and comfortable. The main dining room is beautiful. The terrace cafe had grand motherly curtains and the tables are crowded. Lounges and entertainment areas are great

Ship decor very nice and food pretty good, but ship lacking in activities. Basically, nothing much going on after 10 pm. Very few dancing choices throughout the cruise, terrible and barely any group activities, and not much music. The theatre had good entertainment but only one show per night all 12 nights. Except for room service, no food after 9 pm!!! Some of the ports not well planned and needed more shuttle buses!!!!

Every aspect of this cruise was excellent -- the ship -- Riviera -- was first class in every way; the daily support staff as very friendly and totally professional; the food and dining choices were exceptional. Would recommend to all to take. Extremely pleasant trip and experience.

We truly enjoyed our 9 day cruise to Alaska. The Riviera is a beautiful ship, crew were gracious and helpful, dining was lovely.

I loved the ship--it was beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms were big and spacious. The food was great! The people who worked on the ship were all so nice!! The ports were disappointing.

Excellent trip !!

The cruise on Oceania Regatta was pleasant and we saw lots of fascinating locales. However Oceania fell short of previous experiences. Things like the welcome bottle of wine (previously Champagne now Prosecco) the string group (previously a quartet now a duo) and the downgrading of the premium liquor package (top shelf brands not available, sub-par cocktails due to over reliance on mixes) all showed obvious cut backs. The change of port from Bangkok to Laem Chabang (sp) was a major disappointment and *many* passengers commented that it was to save on port fees. We had to pay out of pocket for a car service, hotel, meals and tours. But that said Bangkok itself was among the highlights of the trip. Food was highly disappointing. Souffles were not executed well at all. The beef and Polo was inferior and the cooking techniques were inappropriate. What had a legitimate claim to "The finest cuisine at sea" is simply Meh. Overall Oceania has cut back in many obvious ways and is not the "luxury or near-luxury" cruise line it once was and does not represent the travel value it once offered. However kudos to housekeeping -- first rate.
