The cruise was excellent, but the land portion was disorganized with an overbooked hotel in Anchorage and lots of “hurry-up-and-wait.”

Our trip on the Sun Princess was spectacular!! The Crew and staff were remarkable in their service and ability to make our trip a memorable one!! The food on board was incredible and meet every expectation. If there is one area of concern that I have it would be the number of washers and dryers available to the guests. Only having two washers and dryers per floor was a bit concerning especially with the number of guests on board. All of the excursions we went on were top notch and very informative. Princess Cruises did an exceptional job for us on our trip!!!!

It was wonderful starting with the flight from indy to Ft Lauderdale throughout the whole cruise and back home again. All our needs and wants were met.

Room was terrible, beds very uncomfortable, window in the room was extremely noisy, the room had a musty odor. The food was way below par, I would rate it equal to Denny’s. The dining staff was not anything to write home about. I have mobility issues and use a cane, much of the staff would just cut me off and it made me very uncomfortable trying to dodge them. I don’t think much effort is put into training the workers. The shows were ok each evening. But the seating arrangement could be done in a better fashion. Food was terrible. It seems like they have only two pieces of equipment in the kitchen- blender and deep frier.

We enjoyed our trip. We were sorry prevented us in going to two of the three ports due to high seas. There were plenty of activities to do on the ship and weather was pleasant and mostly sunny.

We had a wonderful time. It met all our expectations.
