Our cruise to Alaska with Princess was fantastic! The crew and staff were the best! They always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!

It exceeded my expectations

Loved the Sapphire! The weather was perfect! Loved all the lodges and excursions! This was our second cruise to Alaska, love the land part! Eric Fink, our agent gave me lots of tips about the trip. He is great!

Our trip was not without issues but they were compensated for. Unfortunately, the issues were due to windy weather. Alaska is absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed the trip.

Great cruise enjoyed all of it

First, due to a "once in a century" storm in Buenos Aires, departure was a mess. We spent 90 minutes, in the sun, waiting in line to drop off our luggage. Two shuttle trips, finally able to board the ship. Once aboard a few key items: First, the Lido food areas were VERY nice, better than other cruise lines we'd been on. Loved the food from India and other areas. Second, the ship's staff, especially bartenders, were great--as expected. One BIG (for me) negative was that smoking was allowed in the casino, which was RIGHT NEXT TO the front desk and main ongoing entertainment area, center of the ship, decks 5-6-7. Casino doors always open, and the handful of slot-machine/nicotine addicts kept the center of the ship smoky. THIS alone might make me re-think booking with Princess again. That said, the Antarctica time was AMAZING! Great weather, great navigation--truly made the entire cruise worthwhile. So end (or confine) the damned smoking and it would be a great cruise!

We went to Hawai’i and the South Pacific. It was fabulous!!

This was the most relaxing time away! Food was good, the crew was excellent!

We had a wonderful time; this was our first cruise, and Tanya booked us a great room with a deck, and everything she told us about the cruise was as she said! Really appreciated her booking knowledge, and the cruise was amazing - scenery, food and accommodation.

The Princess cruise was wonderful

the weather sucked but the staff made up for it

There were several disappointments in being unable to make all the ports (due to weather) but I am still giving this cruise a 5 star rating as the Captain and crew definitely made up for it by taking us to so many other breathtaking sites. Antarctica definitely lives up to being one of the most beautiful and breathtaking places in the world. The cruise line has no control over mother nature but the Captain and crew adapted with safety in mind while trying to provide an enjoyable and adventurous experience. In this they succeeded and I would definitely place this trip in the "Once in a lifetime experience" category.

After 2 years of Covid lockdown, this was just the trip that my wife and I needed. Great ship, fantastic crew, it was a wonderful cruise.

We went with our 3 year old and even though there were hardly any kids on the ship, she had a fabulous time and was treated like royalty. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The seas were a little rocky a few of the sea days so definitely pack a few meds if you think you might get sea sick! What an amazing and beautiful vacation.
