Food quality need to improve

Excellent all round service.

The ship and all stops were fabulous.

Our family of ten (seven adults and three children) had a marvelous time on Allure of the Seas. Our agent was a tremendous help since this was our first time cruising. We highly recommend and hope to cruise again soon.

Our family of ten had a fun and exciting time on Allure of the Seas. Royal Caribbean is beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing! Angela set us up for a wonderful time. We’ll be calling her again!

Didn’t like that all my sisters were on my card they each added a card when we checked in also didn’t like the 50 photos I only got 34 asked for a discount they said I had to ask my credit card didn’t like I was 40 cabins away from my susters

Very well please to have been on a cruise [July 23-30, 2023] on the Allure Of The Seas. Everything [dining, entertainment, shore excursions, Central Park, room accommodations, friendliness of the crew/staff, customer service when shopping, etc] was splendid from embarkation to debarkation. Smooth sailing [day and night] in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Truly one of the ;Best' cruises for us [me and my wife]. Above all, there was never, no never a dull moment on board the ship or during our excursions. ---- Let's Do It Again---

Great trip. Met or exceeded all my expectations

It was all amazing except for our exit off the boat. That was very unorganized.

Great Trip on beautiful ship

As Diamond Plus members we have enjoyed numerous Royal Caribbean sailings, but this one was disappointing from embarkation to disembarkation. A brand new terminal with poor design causing luggage carriers to have to cut through passengers trying to board, staff giving wrong information regarding boarding procedure, lower quality food in the main dining room, and chaos at disembarkation. Dining room staff and cabin stewards still did an excellent job!

Staff were great, Mamma Mia show excellent.

For the most part my wife and I enjoyed our selves very much. We picked the cruise because it only had 3 stops. Unfortunately, one of the stops was canceled do to rough seas. This added another day to relax but felt that we were deprived of see an amazing port. Beside getting our port fees back to our account I felt something more should have been provided.

Food in general was disappointing.
