most of the dinner were great breakfast was fabulous the pool entertainment was ok the casino was great but i think we needed more entertainment in the night time but overall it was a great experience i must give our waiters and server on our table a shout out the were wonderful kind and very professional we love them we were a table of ten we will cruise again

Great job as usual. Request you look at space for Crown folks as every night the current one was packed & NO chairs available.

The cruise was fabulous! The stop in Costa Maya was very interesting with the Mayan Ruins excursion. The staff on the Enchantment of the Seas was very good. Kevin was our waiter with Tratara as the assistant waiter and we couldn't have asked for better service. Antoine was our cabin attendant and was great!

The Cruise was soo relaxing. Mary and Apple at the Windmaker was wonderful and so was Dayna. Very sweet people and helpful. I hope they get to see their families soon.

We had an absolute blast! Debby was amazing to work with and our cruise was absolutely wonderful. Great service, great food, great weather! So relaxing and fun!

This cruise was fantastic from start to finish. Accommodations were great as was the food. The 2 staff we had looking after us in the dining room were most attentive and made sure we were well looked after. Chops Dining Restaurant was a great place to dine!

Ship was smaller than what I m used to But Service was great, food was good and seldom waited for an elevator

yes the ship shows its age and yet because of that it was elegant with live music throat the ship. the week we were on the crew learnt that they ranked number one in the entire RCL fleet can not wait to go back on n enjoy

Food and service was excellent ! Several of the shows were pretty good too! The ship especially the cabins are showing wear but the room steward was very good!

We enjoyed everything about the cruise. A great time away and I didn’t need to cook any meals!!!

Nice cruise from Tampa, good food , great service and sunny weather

This service and food on this ship were 5 star for sure. Our only comment is that we could see how the cruise line has cut back on the entertainment; i.e. not as many large shows and filling in at some venues with Karyoki or trivia. Also, they cut back to one cabin cleaning a day which we had to choose morning OR afternoon.

Debarkation (50 mins.) was the worst ever; requiring a maze throughout halls, lounge areas; had to carry luggage one floor as elevator was inoperable; and no supervision keeping late-comers from butting lines. Room Attendant, Dining Room Server, D.R. Assistant were excellent and mindful. Main Front Desk were excellent. Overall, ship employees and managers were the best ever (with smiles). A very weak link was poor food preparation, taste and portions in the Dining Room (early seating of 6), but slightly better in the Windjammer. The nightly entertainment in the Showroom brought variety and enjoyment. Previous RC cruises were much better, especially with food and debarkation.

Ship is 26 years old. Did not enjoy food served in the main dining. We preferred going to the buffet. It was hard to do a back to back cruise because the food and entertainment were a repetition of the first cruise. Food service staff is very good and there’s variety in entertainment.

This vacation exceeded expectations! 3 days in Athens, then 7 day cruise with 6 ports, followed by 2 days in Venice!! Great itinerary with amazing locations, history, culture,food, and experiences.

Good experience….service was excellent. Itinerary was very good with only one day at sea.
