Generally the ship was OK, however, there are very obvious signs of age eg carpet in The Windjammer filthy, standards of cleanliness slipped with tables not being cleared and delays in wiping them clean. Our dining room waiter and assistant could not have been better and they looked after us very well. Time for another refurbishment.

It was our first ever cruise but will definitely not be our last. We’ll be back as soon as finances allow!

I had a very pleasant experience on the cruise. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Shows were entertaining and fun. Food was plentiful.

Very enjoyable time on this trip. The food for myself was just ok. The process to get to your excursions was a bit chaotic and not very organized initially, but the return to the ship was much more smooth.

Trip was excellent. Grandkids really enjoyed the trip. Only negative was I tested positive for COVID when we got home; almost no symptoms. Fortunately, no one else tested positive.

I had wonderful time. I had damage to my suitcase and customer service took care of it without question. Very good customer service. Very impressed. Thank you

Amazing service, great entertainment options, and all around cleanliness of ship was superb! Included food was good, but not outstanding. I enjoyed the Disney Cruise Line food much more.

Charging for towels when I returned all of them is ridiculous. Food in dining room is getting worse! What happened to cruises being all inclusive

My husband and I were please with every aspect of the experience. We are happy that we tried it and Iris with Avoya helped us to get a great deal and prepare for a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed my trip greatly and look forward to doing it again next year

Cruise itself was pretty good. A couple wrinkles, but overall it was a needed break. Bit of a snaffoo with the pre-cruise package airport transportation, but hotel and transport to pier the next morning.. were top notch. Couldnt ask for anything any better from the room Steward. MDR was a little off their game.Seemed to be new staff, and short handed. When you see the section Head Waiter clearing tables, you know they are running short handed. Also seemed to have an issue with some of the food coming out hot. Cold escargot isnt great... and took 4 tries to get it right. Getting on and off the ship was pretty seamless. The new scheduling of embarkment, seems to work well. Highly recommend the Kennedy Space Center excursion. Very interesting.. for ALL ages. Looking forward to boarding another ship in a couple weeks.
