I was expecting a refrigerator and a pull-out sofa.

Fun exciting lovely ship and staff

The ship may be small, but the customer service and individual attention was great. My husband and I love the open air deck 5 for lounging in the evening to watch the sunset or relaxing away from the action. The larger ships miss out on this space and make the smaller ships more appealing to us.

This old ship needs to be retired. Food was not as good as it used to be. Fewer choices of entrees. Old favorites have been discontinued. Service was top notch as always. Im a loyal Royal Caribbean customer but won’t sail on the Vision of the Seas again.

It was awesome! Thoroughly enjoyed it! Plan to return to Royal Caribbean in the future!

Food was mediocre at best, including their overpriced steak restaurant. They attempted to downgrade me to an inside cabin the day before the trip, and the junior suite was not much more than a balcony cabin

It was a nice and enjoyable trip

Although the weather didn't always cooperate (rain/overcast skies), this was one of the best cruises we have been on in a while. I started cruising with RCCL 25 years ago and this was our first cruise on Vision of the Seas. What it doesn't have in size/onboard amenities, it made up for with a wonderful staff. The food was great, our room was comfortable, and the ports of call were perfect for a Christmas getaway. Shout out to the best waiter Ashok! The overall feeling was good with other passengers as well. We really enjoyed watching the Raven's/49'ers game with all the rowdy fans on deck on Christmas night. We had such a good time; we booked a trip on this ship again this upcoming Christmas.

Although our cruise wasn't that great, because I tested positive for covid and was quarantined for 5 days. BUT the service was outstanding and beyond any I have ever received on a cruise!

i am disable person with wheelchair it is so BAD when every one getting out from ship NO body pay attention me to help me Exit from ship I was seating in a chair over two hours asking for help but no one pay attention. I was last person in ship to getting out my wife also wheel chair person. one ship employee Said entire ship have only 5 wheel chair. it will Must improve. If not company will loos my recommendation to others. By the way food area and dinning employees are excellent and helpful

Very good trip. The Ship was good and easy to get around. There was a lot to do on the ship. The tours in Bermuda were really good.

It started by my son's inability to travel, no refund expected but I was given credit for future trip. Then our cruise was diverted one day before departure all our plans for Bermuda gone but trip to Bahamas worked out pretty well for Coco Cay but Nassau not so good. Compared to 2 others cruises with Carnival, I felt that the buffet food was not as good but main dining was comparable. Otherwise Carnival had more shows which were comparable to Royal. I paid more expected more with Royal. My companions disagreed but to me Carnival was better.

Great cruise. Learned a lot about the countries we visited and enjoyed the days at sea. My only complaints are I misplaced my prescription glasses and then came down with Covid after returning home.

My disappointment was with booking, service and preparation of food of the specialty restaurants, GriChop
