Very impressed by the cruise ship and the accommodations. The lounges in the bar areas were upscale. The relaxation areas were plentiful. The ONLY negative I really had was that I wasn't able to adjust the fan in my cabin. Obviously a temperature control station, but nothing to adjust the fan speed up or down.

Virgin struggled several times during the trip getting us on and off the ship. Quite annoying. On boarding took an extra 45 minutes due to the x ray machine was down. We spent over 25 minutes to get back on board after a tour. There were probably 15 or 20 people in front of us. At the end of the trip took over two hours to get off the ship. They closed the one exit and made the entire ship exit through one place. We almost missed our flight. We had 25 minutes to get through the airport to catch our flight. Virgin has lost us as a customer.

Great cruise! Enjoyed the entertainment, food, facilities and tour options. Will book again soon!

Our Virgin Voyage Resilient Lady transatlantic trip was wonderful. The food, entertainment, sailors (staff and guests), and the beautiful ship made for a most enjoyable and relaxing trip. Virgin has outclassed other cruise lines. We will certainly take a second cruise with Virgin.

So much weird food....so many spicy foods. Gunbae restaurant was SO noisy.

Clean and well run. Staff was super friendly and food was great. Only to minor concerns….wonky WI-FI signal ( which is hard, as all guest activities are internet/app based) and few “quiet/calm” spaces to escape blasting music.

We had a fabulous cruise to celebrate Christmas. Thank goodness for our TA Bob for getting us two cabins next to each other. It would have been rough with all in one room. Great time

Great cruise. Virgin is first class all the way. Our Cruise Planner, Bob Dressner, is fantastic. Haven’t used a Travel Agent in years, but would never travel again without Bob. He is truly amazing!

I enjoyed this cruise and the entertainment and food variety it offered. I would definitely book another cruise with Virgin Voyages.

Food need more variety and more seating

I wanted to try a short a 4 day Virgin Voyages Cruise, just for the experience. As an all adult ship this was interesting? The ship is modern and there are plenty of areas to sit. Unfortunately that's where the positives ended for me. My inside cabin was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. I found some of the restaurants lacked an up market feel and the menus varied for choice? The entertainment was very disappointing, the main show is performed an all standing venue, that's 45 minutes you have to stand on your feet! The comedian did give his shows in a theatre with seating, but unfortunately the second show was exactly the same as the first! If a drag show is going to be performed, this needs to be new and exciting , the type as performed, I saw 40 years ago! In all, other cruise companies give you more and often at a lesser price. I have travelled on over 100 cruises, so do have some comparisons with other companies.

The valiant lady cruise was great! The food was excellent Customer experience was perfect overall!

Everything from the ship, staff, entertainment, shows, food, shore things was OUTSTANDING and exceeded all my expectations!

Great week overall. Music way to young for crowd. 70’s and 80’s once in a while would have been great. To much rap crap. Not enough entertainment. Not even close. Nothing to do but hot tub after nine pm most nights. Food crew and drinks were amazing. Room was amazing as well.

It was perfect: lovely ship, attentive staff, fabulous food. Would have appreciated lectures giving more details on the islands we visited.

From start to finish the booking and actual trip were amazing. Claire was an amazing travel advisor and was extremely helpful for booking our cruise. Very knowledgeable for this particular voyage especially since we had not travelled with Virgin in the past. Made our voyage seamless! Virgin food was far superior to any other cruise line we had travelled with in the past and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. We enjoyed all the on-board activities, and there are an abundance of things to do. Was great for an adult only cruise!! Booking restaurants and activities were quite easy with the APP. Nice to have everything in one place with easy access to either book or change and to know where you are with your bar tab!! The boarding on and off the ship was quick and easy, never a line up and with the wrist band for your entry as well as your room entry and purchases, such an amazing idea! So simple and easy to use, nice to not have to carry extra keys and a purse with your wallet... it's all on the wrist band!! We are already looking into a cruise thru Claire and Avoya Travel with Virgin for next year! B&K

Embarkation was a nightmare. While in line waiting to board there was an announcement that there was a fire on board and they were evacuating the ship. An hour later we started moving to the check in station and were told the computers were down. After another 45 minutes we were able to board. Meanwhile I had been without food for eight hours and nearly passed out. The menus in the restaurants were weird. Rarely did they have anything where I would eat the complete meal. I had to take items from several menu items to make a complete meal. The cabins were nice and the entire staff was exceptional. Bimini Island is nothing special !!!
