My name is Kumara Kadawedduwa, was born in a South Asian country (Sri Lanka), studied in Agricultural Science and earned a Degree in Agricultural science, specialized in Food Science and Technology. Then, I migrated to United States. I worked at Los Angeles Unified School District as a Food Nutritionist Aide for 2 years and then moved to the State of Maryland and started to work at Maryland Department of Agriculture as a Certified Seed Analyst for about 14 years. I mostly interested to develop Agritourism and volunteered with local community to build their interests on agricultural farming and encourage them for farm visits, engage farm activities, learn and enjoy agricultural settings.
