This is the second trip we've booked with Nanci Ott. She exceeds all expectations of a "travel agent". She is always patient when my husband and I have silly questions. She makes sure we understand everything before we book a trip, and NEVER tries to push something on us that we don't need. It is obvious that her knowledge comes from experience, and not a travel book. We decided to go on an ocean cruise with our 13 year old grandson this summer. We had never been on an ocean cruise before and were completely overwhelmed by all the choices. After spending DAYS pouring over all the online information, we knew we were in over our heads.
