Hey, I’m Tanner — the guy who’s never met a passport stamp he didn’t like. I started WanderBuilt by Hicks because I’m hooked on exploring new cultures, jaw-dropping sights, and all the little surprises this world throws at us (like accidentally ordering goat stew in Spain… long story).
From island-hopping in the Caribbean to wandering Europe’s cobblestone streets — I’ve seen enough to know life’s way too short to stay in one zip code. Now, I use all that globe-trotting experience to plan epic cruises and family adventures that pack in memories, laughs, and a healthy dose of “wow.”

Travel Adventures
I’ve wandered my way through some pretty amazing places, collecting memories (and a few travel fails) along the way. In Colorado, I tried to hike like a local and learned real quick that mountain air and my lungs don’t get along. Vegas? Let’s just say what happened there mostly stayed there — except the sunburn. Alaska humbled me with glaciers bigger than my ego, while Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Britain gave me castles, cozy pubs, and a new appreciation for warm socks. Mexico and the Bahamas were all about sun, salt, and me trying (and failing) to maintain anything resembling a beach body. And Florida? That’s where family chaos turns into magic — one minute chasing kids through Disney, the next passed out by the pool. Every trip reminds me why I love this crazy world: new cultures, breathtaking sights, and enough laughs to fill a suitcase.
