Room was a disappointment- mismatched bedding, partially obscured view.

We loved everything about this cruise; but the very best part was all the staff on the ship. They knew our names, they knew our preferences, and they made us feel so comfortable.

The staff was great during the whole trip. But the Constellation could use an overhaul as the ship showed quite a bit of age!

This trip was just average, especially when compare to other Celebrity cruises

Great cruise on the whole but Celebrity definitely penny pinching. Asking to pay for shuttles to see s port is terrible. Have been to these ports before and never been asked to pay. Great crew as always

The evening meals were of poor quality and tasteless

We are seasoned cruisers and we were disappointed with food selection and quality, especially in the Ocean View buffet. We love hearing guest speakers discuss different topics but there were none on this cruise. The outdoor theater was fun but you coukd not hear the speech due to the engine noise. The movies shoukd have been moved indoors since we had bad weather for 3 days or so but they were not. After umteen cruises with Celebrity, we still have not been granted 1x free laundry. Staff were great, as always. Rarely saw officers anywhere.

Overall we had an excellent time. Only negatives were the shore excursions that We booked through celebrity. We thought that the price for the extreme Mardi gras experience was outrageous for what they gave you. The food was mediocre at best and too many people were allowed on the balcony which created uncomfortable situations. We also took a swamp tour that was very boring. It would have been nice if we were offered a choice of airboat or motorboat. The motorboat was extremely slow and we didn't get very far but those that were on the airboats saw a lot more and went further. Food on the Constellation was wonderful for the most part. And the entertainment on the ship was better than most. Love the fact there were two comedians during our cruise. The crew on the ship were outstanding.

Ship was so cold needed sweater or jacket.to navigate thru it Very old ship. Lacked the energy other celebrity ships had. Including the captain. Weather did not cooperate but not the cruise line’s fault. Dining room reservations seemed confusing. Food selection in main very disappointing. You asked for it you got it. Think it will be no longer our primary choice for a get away cruise line.

IT WAS GOOD CRUISE. WE SPENT THE THE FULL TIME ON THE CONSTELLATION TAKING IN THE SHOWS PLAYED CARDS, EATING IN THE MAIN DINNING ROOM AND TOURING THE SHIP.

Really great trip made better by fellow passengers and wonderful staff, the best cruise we've been on by a mile. Older ship but that doesn't detract in anyway from the experience we had, probably not ideal for lots of kids, who expect the latest and greatest but for others just try it. Staff were the best by a mile of any cruise we've been on, not one negative about any staff anywhere on this ship.

Ship was clean. Food was good. Service was good. Bahamas weren't worth visiting unless willing to pay extra for excursions, which may or may not have proven worthwhile.

Didn’t know that the European tourist season ended as of the end of October.. Many shops closed, weather was not The best and excursions were mediocre. Dinners were not up to Celebrity standards. Service was excellent, we still enjoyed the cruise.w

Dining room food menu selection was less than desired. Food quality was also less than desired.
