Celebrity Cruises - Celebrity Reflection Reviews

We like trivia. Activities staff did not change trivia from previous cruises. Therefore repeat cruisers won almost every time. We quit going about 2/3 thru cruise. Very sad on Celebrity’s part.

Everything was smooth and the trip was amazing.

We loved visiting these islands. Great time of the year to go although the ship was at capacity and finding a chair poolside was challenging. Outstanding customer service by Miranda as our agent!

Great weather, beautiful water for swimming and snorkeling. Plenty to enjoy on the ship as well. Overall very fun trip

Could never get a seat at the pool cause everyone holds them with towels. I think I like the layout on the Summit better.

Room was not cleaned well. Draws are dirty. Room steward was lovely, seemed overworked. Couldn’t even find a chair at either pool. Restaurant staff was excellent. Food was under par. Beef Wellington was delicious but shrimp cocktail wasn’t edible. Breakfast staff in dining room were excellent. Overall, the staff on the boat were very accommodating . Won’t be sailing with Celebrity again unless I am able to book a suite! The Reflection is too big for my travels. Getting older, we need smaller settings where we can have the opportunity to use the pool and the gym. The boat was too crowded for our liking.

Deck chairs were hard to get. Places to sit in the buffet were hard to find. My drinks and food were occasionally forgotten in the restaurant. food was not as good as I expected The shows weren’t as good as we have seen on other cruises We thought it was disappointing that we had to pay extra for Lobsters at our dinner restaurant. We have not had to do that before on other cruises. Drink package was way too expensive! Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Captain was great. Love that he had a morning speech.

The bartenders in the Casino, the lounge outside the Tuscan/Blu etc, Sunset bar and especially the Sky lounge were awful. In the Sky, unless you yelled at bartenders you wouldn’t be waited on. They ignored those of us sitting at the bar or trying to get a drink. It was frustrating to say the least every time we were there. The staff in the bar outside the Specialty restaurants were hit or miss. A couple were so bad (getting drinks wrong, losing our card etc). It was so bad that another cruiser told us to ask for different staff because they had to. We did not get the feeling from many staff that we were welcome; they were indifferent.

The food was lacking, activies were minimal and there wasn’t any real shopping at any of the ports we went to.

It was a wonderful cruise!! The staff on the the cruise - Ship Reflection were so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another trip sometime in the future!!

Ship was great. Awesome set-up with plenty of entertainment. Great restaurants and bars. All staff was friendly and helpful.

It was the first for some of my family and they enjoyed it immensely. The food was very good. There was activities for all age groups including the teenagers. When we came back to the ship each day we were welcomed with cold neck towels. Everyone seemed to enjoy and smiled from ear to ear.

Overall, everything was very good. Entertainment could be improved by doing such things as having comedians earlier than 10:15 pm. There are comedians that do "Dry Bar" style so earlier ones can be used if minors are an issue. The 7 and 9 pm entertainment could have alternative venues such as concerts with musicians, magicians, specialty entertainment , etc. Get creative.

Disappointing compared to prior cruises. Ship was weathered - too much nickle and diming reminded me more of a RCCL cruise rather than the upscale cruiseline I have come to know. Ship and pool deck not maintained. Officers out of sight. Towels never cleared and dishes remained on pool deck. Cabin attendant as always amazing. Food was good.

Trip was great. Lois Sposa, our Avoya travel is the best.

Great trip. Celebrity is trying to encourage new cruisers with these 3 and 4 day cruises.
