The state is beautiful! I enjoyed seeing it and learning about its history and culture. We were upgraded to Aqua class with dining at Blu. That definitely made a difference. The dining experience had improved menus and service. I was dissatisfied with both of the on ship “excursions “ we had. The kitchen tour was 15 minutes and showed us very little. The meal served after was of less quality than if we had dined at the restaurants. They also refused to serve a second glass of wine despite all of us having the upgraded drink package. Another member of the group was simply asking for the name of the wine he was served. The wine pairing was subpar and basic at best.

We totally enjoyed the views and the ports. Nothing can compare to the beauty of the glaciers and mountains. The crew and entertainment was superb. The facilities and attendants were more than you could imagine. The only thing we missed was fresh blueberries but we had enough other foods to satisfy.

Very good food choices in the ocean view restaurant. We also enjoyed the finer dining in the cosmopolitan restaurant. The wait staff was very attentive. The 7 and 9 PM entertainment in the theater was enjoyable. We look forward to another cruise in the near future.

The cruise was awesome. We loved our room. The ship was beautiful. The ocean view Buffet had plenty of seating. The excursions offered were varied and were an integral part of the Alaskan experience. Highly recommend an Alaskan cruise onboard the Summit.

Cruise was wonderful except last day there was bad weather and we were not able to see the Hubbard Glacier. Rough seas and foggy weather limited views as well. Ship accommodations, food, drinks and service were excellent. Ketchikan, Sitka and Juneau were great ports. Icy Strait Point was okay, but limited options for activities, especially with poor weather. Land tour involved lots of bus and train time. Accommodations were very good. Not the best use of timing resulting in limited time to explore any sights.

We enjoyed the cruise to Alaska. The embarkation at Canada Place went smoothly. The staff and crew on the ship were friendly and efficient. We were able to view the Northern Lights on the first night of the voyage which was a bonus. The ship was comfortable. The food in the main dining room was good. The musical entertainment was really good. The ports were small, but enjoyable. Overall a good voyage, though weather didn't permit sailing in Glacier Bay. Would recommend Celebrity Summit.

Will never fly Westjet or American again... very bad experiences

This was our second cruise with Celebrity, and it was a bit underwhelming. Weather certainly was a factor (wind and rain most days, temps in the low 50's), but the ship has its issues as well. First, our luggage was damaged, and could not be repaired (although Celebrity tried). Then there were only two restaurants onboard, and one was sushi which we did not go to. The bars...only one or two serve frozen drinks (apparently they cannot make pina coladas without being frozen), and we had to go hunting for them. The crew and staff were slightly friendly, but for the most part kept to themselves, and engaging in a conversation was not frequent. We were in Aqua Class room, but I would be hard pressed to justify the extra cost over a room with a balcony. The dining at the Blu was OK, but again the extra cost not worth it. The trip felt more like a bus ride, being shuttled from one port to another, rather than a cruise ship being the centerpiece and the ports an added adventure.

We enjoyed ourselves so much, the food and entertainment were wonderful!~

Excellent dining

We had a great time on this cruise, never a dull moment. There was so much to do and the food, drinks and snacks were so yummy! An amazing time was had by all :)

Ken organized a wonderful trip and my family had the best time. The service was top notch. Cannot wait to book again.

Except for a hiccup with the cabin which the ship fixed by moving us to a different one it was great. Our first time on Celebrity did not disappoint. A much more adult, less party vibe than Carnival, which was appreciated. There were kids (it was Christmas!) but well behaved compared to Carnival's rambunctious reputation. I thought the food in the dining room was amazing but the buffet food was so-so, even breakfast in the dining room was better. Key West was awesome! I'd go there again. Booked a tram tour through the cruise line which you could get on/off all day. Went to Hemingway House after the Furthest Point South marker. It was a long line for that, recommend you go early. We were back on the ship in time for lunch. We enjoyed Celebrity and would cruise with them again!

We did the4 day Key West / Nassau cruise from Miami. Enjoyed Key West as we were able to explore on our own. The sea day was very busy onboard , pool and adult spa area were very crowded so we opted to use exercise area and wandered around listening to onboard entertainment. The entertainment in the theatre at night was very good. Really enjoyed Comedian and singer GenMoldinado) Nassau was very crowded ( 6 cruise ships in port) so,we took water taxi to Atlantis. If disappointment as you have to be a hotel guest or buy a very $$$ ticket to get anywhere inside(except the casino which is not our thing). Just went back to ship and watched Sunday football on big screen on Deck 12. Service onboard was excellent al, around.

Could not find open blackjack table from 8 pm till 10 pm

Always loved the Summit. Many cruises and never disappoints.
