This cruise was an amazing time for my wife and I to kick back and be catered to. The staff could not do enough to make us happy.

This ship is like going back in time. First class. Great food, great staff

The Penthouse Suite was very spacious, and we loved the deck. The butler couldn't have been more helpful. The Ship itself was in fabulous condition in all respects. The food was amazing. Every meal was 5-star. The Queen's grill is beyond spectacular in its choices and wait staff. The offerings were healthy and neither of us gained any weight. The entertainment at night was as good as off Broadway and the educational lectures were all so informative and relevant to our cruise locations. We could not have asked for a more perfect Cruise vacation.

The scenery and food was great, the service outside of the club dining was some of the worst I have ever had. Additionally, both the written and verbal communication while on abroad was weak and conflicting within the same document.

We weren't crazy about our sheltered balcony. We aren't real tall so it warn't easy to see out all of the time. I didn't feel like the dining room services were quite as good as I expected. There were few vegan desserts in the buffet or muffins and vegan margarine wasn't always out. i asked for it in the dining room and on 2 evenings never received it. The ship was nice. Our cabin steward was excellent!

The dinnig room waiters and sommelier did a fantastic job really client oriented A few bars that we frequented regularly the bartender were great with a super memory one in particular was great Dipak 9 floor

Yes, the cruise was wonderful, 5 star luxury accommodations, delicious meals, wonderful friendly helpful kind and considerate wait staff. The shore trips were well planned, safe, and fun. Perfect vacation!

An excellent cruise. Cunard was at its best. When I broke my glasses, Cunard’s carpenters tried their best to fix them. All in all, would do it again!

Cunard Queen Elizabeth is a beautiful ship and the service we received on board was very good. As with any cruise line, there are areas that could be improved but the overall experience was wonderful. The ship is elegant and oddly quiet at times. In fact, there were times we almost felt like it was our own private yacht with nobody around. There is plenty to do on the boat for activities but in a relaxed way. With that said, to be honest, if you are looking for a "fun ship" Cunard may not be for you. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere and the feel of a floating castle then this is your ship. We have cruised on multiple ships and this is an experience like no other. As for Avoya, I can't say enough about the service we received from our Vacation Planner Kisha. She helped us through the process of getting our holiday put together when we needed it the most.

The crossing was excellent. Good cabin, delicious meals and plenty of entertainment.

I like cruising with Cunard because of the art class and the duplicate bridge tournaments on sea days. However the art instructor on this cruise was very poor (uniike other Cunard Cruises I have taken). It was clear that she had not attempted with the watercolour paints in the kit the paintings that she wanted us to paint. She did not know the kit had no black paint so doing Japanese black ink painting picture and Northern light pictures were almost impossible to paint. She just handed out pictures that she had not even tried to paint.... She did not teach any watercolour techniques but left each attendees to their own attempts at the watercolour painting. Very disappointing. Sometimes she showed up late leaving her husband to get everyone started and the room set up. Some attendees left after 2 sessions with her very disappointed due to the lack of teaching. In future bridge cruises you should identify the art instructor in advance as that will impact if I select that Cunard cruise. However the bridge director was excellent. She brought a portable microphone so everyone could hear her and also got the very poor bridge cards replaced. She communicated standings of the teams very well and timely. I would highly recommended her for other Cunard cruises. Room service and food quality was good. Excursions in Japan were excellent. I did not go on any Alaskan excursions as I had been to Alaska before. The sailing was smooth. Nancy MacDonald Exel

We enjoyed our voyage on the QM2 for the purposes of experiencing a transatlantic crossing and comparing to my QE2 crossing in the 70s. The ship was full and it was hard to find a quiet spot to sit and read. Many of the lounges were full and noisy. The few quiet lounges had limited seating. There were many a to activities to choose from and we found the entertainment option better than another recent cruise. The rooms were adequate and the staff very responsive and overall service excellent. The dining areas were VERY busy during any key dining hours - 9 am, noon and 6 pm seatings. The wait for food could be very long during these times so we shift our meals to later seating times for each meal. The food in general was ok and not many healthy food options. The spa is beautiful and we spent a great deal of time here. If we don’t feel like flying again across the Atlantic we would consider the QM2 again but we would probably go up in class to the Princess or Queen levels to avoid some of the crowds and have a more personalized experience.

The voyage was very good except for the food. Breakfast and lunch were fine but dinners were redundant, unappetizing, meat was tough and variety of choices was limited. It was very disappointing. Service was excellent in all areas, entertainment was good, there were a variety of daily activities to choose from. Except for the food, it was a good adventure.

Very poor planning gor exiting the ship. Crazy huge line. Can’t understand why passengers couldn’t have divided into groups and disembarked by group. I don’t remember that this miserable situation ever happened before.

We were happy with the daily lectures. The food in the main restaurant could have been improved but we were happy with the selection of food on the buffet. Ordered a campari and soda plus a gin and tonic. We were charged for both the alcohol and the mixers, tho the mixers came from the tap. Entertainment from Cunard singers/dancers was wonderful, comedian and 3 male singers not so. Our fabulous travel agents, Doris and Jim Blatchford, (Unpack Once and Done), were so helpful and made our trip easy.

Overall the trip was wonderful. The highlights were the ambiance onboard was very relaxing, loads of dining options and quite decent food though choices were a little less numerous/high-end than previously, very good music and entertainment options highlighted by Queen’s room high tea daily and ballroom dancing nightly, good lectures. Excellent value for money. Service for the most part was good especially the head waiter and guest relations staff. Getting on and off the ship was a breeze.
