The ship was understaffed, not overly clean, food in dining room was marginal and the waiters didn’t seem to try to please you or treat you special. However, our MaitreD, Anil Kumar was very pleasant and accommodating. Entertainment was also very good. Jennifer Martinez and Faith Koruiki at the service desk were great. I enjoyed the cruise because I traveled with 8 friends but I would not book another cruise with MSC.

The shows were really great, enjoyed the Island beach day, the food was ordinary

Positive comments: Very good entertainment theater shows. Except for the comedian. He could have stayed home. Crew, and cabin steward were very efficient. The private island was very beautiful, and clean. Negative Comments: Cafeteria food very bland. Same food served every day and every meal. Ship schedule on days at sea, the food venue was not well planned, very crowded. Our embarkation time was 2:30 pm, When we arrived, there was nobody waiting, /We believe we could have boarded much earlier. For a suite, the cabin was much to small, with a large balcony, but no security between neighbors. Anyone could see in or jump the over the low wall. The shower's were way to small, very hard to turn around. The elevators were all AI, and very slow. Dinning room meals lacked a lot of planning, Don't order the salmon dinner. It was so small, it should have been a starter. Extra charge for additional food. Phone in cabin was very difficult to operate.

We had the best customer service, animation quality, food and room service ever

The ship was overly crowed! The elevator system was confusing the first couple of days. Buffet areas were not organized and again very crowded.

Had a great trip. Ship was beautiful. Great weather and calm seas. Tour to Myan ruins through MSC was interesting and had a very knowledgeable tour guide, Kitzia. Specialty restaurant food was excellent . Morning that we ordered room service they had lost order and getting a drink at bar pools was always hard. Seemed understaffed. Those were only downfalls. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation with our family.

I was booked in the Yacht Club and never wanted for anything. Good food, drinks and the best piano player in the YC lounge every evening. The whole ship was fun starting with the two slides I went down. More shade is needed at the One Pool though. Their breakfast and lunch buffet at the pool were always good. The crew on the whole ship were simply fabulous. Booked two more onboard!

The MSC seaside had many good qualities such as bar and dining room experiences but the buffet food was the same everyday and was not hot. The entertainment was good but not the professional quality as other cruises.

Pros—-The ship was beautiful, The food was excellent, some of the staff went above and beyond , The shows were entertaining.some of the cons —-The shop’s aboard ship were very expensive, some employees And a lot of passengers were very rude, the bathrooms were very tiny, and arrival times at some ports in the evening with only a few hours to explore was the worst .

Annaliza our room attendant was excellent along with our servicer Joe at table 528. They should get a rise. Steaks were tough and not fond of the meal selections but all and all we had a very good time...

It is a beautiful ship. We really enjoyed their private island. Only complaint was The buffet had the same food every day. So if you didn’t go to your designated restaurant for your meals every day you got the same thing at the buffets. Beautiful crystal staircases. I would cruise MSC again.

The ship was beautiful but I was not happy with the food, the fact that Americans are the minortiy and the length of time in San Juan and Bahamas.

Repeated the same acts e very night with different music and different costumes The ship was noisey The trip to Pourto Rico was at dark and we were not able to see the town Very unorginazied

The service on board was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to help us. Our dining team made us feel as if we were all old friends. The entertainment on board was great. I loved the idea of making a reservation so we knew there was room. Every night it was different and was very entertaining. Although it was a huge ship it never felt over crowded
