Very good

The 10 days of visiting Europe jumping from place to place was truly amazing. However, one day per stop is not enough. All I can say is AMAZING!!!!!!!

The cruise was exceptional, Patti Edgar took the plan I had and ran with it making it an unforgettable trip with excellent excursions and tons of pictures. everyone on NCL was so friendly and accommodating it made it very enjoyable and stress free. liked the casual dining very much and everything else was very nice also including the friendly staff.

I enjoyed the stops, but didn't take any shore excursions. Buffet food was great, but we were disappointed in the restaurant offerings. The Irish pub had 1 Irish dish on menu. The Brazilian restaurant service was slow and some of the servers skipped our table even though we had the Yes sign up.

I loved the ports we visited and I think the itinerary was great. However, the NCL Breakaway is far too crowded, and there are too many dining options that are behind a premium charge. The shore excursions were also lackluster and not worth the money. You could have much more fun and spend a lot less money by simply planning your day in each port on your own.

Ship was way over-crowded and crew not able to handle. Bars were extremely inefficient and despite many staff members trying to meet the needs of their customers - it did not happen. Food was very mediocre except if you wanted to do an upcharge and eat at specialty restaurants. Only one trash can in the room - none in bathroom. Now charging for room service seems excessive to me as prices overall have gone up just for the cruise. Have cruised many other lines and must say that Norwegian was a disappointment. Staff did try and there were so many that were working hard and providing great customer service but others seemed very overworked. The open seating creates a big load for the servers and it has taken away the time from many to provide the connection that was previously seen when there was scheduled seating times and you had the same wait staff. Relationships still matter to many.

We thot there was a lot of repeat on the dinner items. Also creme burlea was not good. We did not like the cancellation of the Virgin Islands. We did not understand why. Saving money$. You need more professional shows at nite. More things during the days.

This was our first cruise,and we absolutely had a fabulous time.From boarding the NCLBAW,we were spoiled! All of our Service from the registration/guest services,our Haven staff(Cassius/Max in the Haven,the Haven dining room staff from hostess,Assistant Mgr,servers,all the delicious foods,etc. was impeccable! The spa,shopping,shore excursions,dining at other restaurants all was great. Everyone made us feel special,we felt like royalty. We feel like we came aboard as guests,but left as friends/family. The service on NCL was outstanding! The entertainment was fabulous! The dining experience was very much enjoyed! Overall a wonderful experience. The excursion process was well organized. Embarking and disembarking was well organized.

We had such a great experience with Norwegian ... Day one we were greeted with a welcoming and friendly staff that continued throughout our trip. When we had a concern it was taken care of promptly and always with a smile. This was the perfect way to see Europe ... No checking into multiple airports and hotels... no travel nightmares and no worrying about the unknown. Each day we woke up in a different place ready to explore and explore we did. We did have a port where the tenders were slower then we would have liked however nothing we weren't able to deal with. Food aboard was very good however the service was a bit slower when we ate later in the evening. We even ate in some of the premium restaurants aboard the ship and the food and service were wonderful. Nothing in life is perfect however this trip was as close to perfect as one could ever get. You did a nice job NCL .. Thank you and thank you to the people that make it happen for you everyday. Jim E.

Ship was nice Hotel was terrible I’ll never book through Avoya again if the try to put me in a shabby hotel again!

The cruise ship is just too massive. Deck Entertainment is constantly overcrowded. The menu selection at the buffet was not very creative, food was avg and prepared in different ways and served on consecutive days. We also couldn't purchase alcohol while in the port area, while passengers that purchased the drink package were able to. I'll never understand the logic of this. Probably a marketing strategy to encourage you to purchase the drink package. Last but not least... Feeling like we were being herded every step of the way... Moo!

This cruise wasn't as good as other NCL cruises. Food was just ok, shore excursions were mostly sold out and we had to skip a port due to weather. Dave
