Pleasantly surprised how quiet our first "jumbo" cruise ship was especially since out last one was only 200 people. Had air issues with American Airlines, but our great travel agent helped us through that at 11 pm at night! Not a 5 start though due to at best average food. The Itinery though was fantastic once we got away from London

Tout était bien; belle diversité de divertissement et belle offre de restauration de qualité. Toutefois, les excursions offertes étaient trop coûteuses ce qui limite la participation à celles-ci. Aussi, du personnel parlant francais au service à la clientèle aurait été apprécié. L'organisation était efficace et nous avons bien aimé notre croisière dans l'ensemble.

Every port was wonderful except for Santorini which was overcrowded and very difficult to get back to the ship from.

Overall good relaxing cruise Staff on board were friendly and attentive. Room were fresh and clean (as should be expected on new cruise ship) Few Notes or comments. During Embarkment, we had to wait (along with about 30 other passengers at the same time) for our Sea Cards. It sounded like that was a common theme for that day no matter when you checked in Not sure how this happened as we had to take pictures and update our check-in online days ahead of time Food on Trip was better than other recent NCL cruises we were on, Disappointed in the Quality of Steak served in the Japanese restaurant.

Enjoy the size of the ship, but the evening atrium area was not the best space for entertainment. People were standing due to limited seating. Overall the cruise was very relaxing and service was great.

This was an amazing itinerary. We loved this cruise. We thought the Prima was a very good ship for Europe

We enjoyed the Prima , lovely ship good food and entertainment . Very small buffer always very crowded not pleasant But specialty dining great and Hudson’s good . Cabins very nice and spacious !

The ship was really too big,less basic items,like hot tubs. Only 2 hot tubs for a larger number of guess. Lot of children under the age of 12 in hot tub. Basicly more vender space.

Beautiful ship. Very comfortable cabin and large bathroom. Plenty of storage. Great service.

Very nice trip! Sad they canceled two ports and did not replace with new ports. Otherwise all was good.

Applause on almost all aspects of The Haven concept. Only issue is that embarkation process was not well signed for Haven and disembarkation was certainly less than special. Between these two events, it was special!

The Haven is the ultimate in big cruise sailing. The Haven team provides excellent service. The restaurant, sun deck, pool and bar area has a "club atmosphere " providing guests with a topnotch experience. My only complaint, and it may sound petty, is that the lighting in the bathroom is too dim and should be brighter.

We were very impressed with the atrium, it was just beautiful; the observation deck was perfect for a private get away and having a beverage! The weather during the entire cruise was almost perfect for this time of the year. If we do have a complaint, it was you were not able to sign up for any of the entertainment or specialty restaurants prior to boarding the ship, we had to wait in two different extensive lines to book our reservations.

Everything about the ship and service were great— the food was especially good with a great variety of dishes— and surprise, Not Salty.

Beautiful ship, wonderful accommodations, great food, spectacular entertainment, and fabulous staff!! Would go again in a heartbeat!!

Maybe our expectations were high- but this ship was our least favorite of NCL and seemed to be general consensus of others who had also cruised NCL

The layout of the ship is awful. You can't find things easily to many turns. The food is ok in the buffet area. Can't get reservations to the shows.

Very beautiful new ship with modern finishes. Staff crew was superb in the dining rooms, food was excellent. Main pool was a bit small and there was no kids pool (splash pad only).
